Glad we stopped! ReNaisia was our server and she was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, fast, and very polite. Eric the cook, did a great job with our steaks and my eggs were fantastic. 10 out of 10 for sure! The other staff members were full of energy and seemed to enjoy their jobs. That’s always a plus, lol.

Staff is not trained properly, as a former waffle house worker I came in for a simple meal after work at my new job. Server tells me they can’t cook over medium eggs, they don’t exist, but I can get them over light there. Same server says he’s been working for three months, priced my gritbowl and drink for $17 and when I had to tell him how to price my ticket properly it was actually $14.25. Service was horrible, never refilled drink when asked, barely any customer service, and why do your employees after 3 months not know how to price eggs? Embarrassing store, the only good service I received was from the blonde woman wearing a ponytail that came in for the night shift after the current servers. And all she did was check me out.

I would recommend anyone who wants some good breakfast to come to this Waffle House. My food was so good , the waitress was very sweet, and the cook Tyler can definitely cook! I will be back when I want some good breakfast this will be my #1 stop.

Doors closed from 11:30 – 6:30 am. To go only which adds a 20% fee. Door closed 10 min before 11:30. We then placed a to go order (3 all stars nothing crazy) which came out 45 min later and was wrong. At that point we didn’t care. Might be okay during day, but stay away from at night.

I’ve worked in the service industry for years and have never had seen an employee like this my friends were bantering jokingly and JJ got mad as someone who was just spectating I’ve never seen service like this and never want to expericane it again this is the worst employee I’ve ever come across and I do not recommend coming here for that reason.

This location is locked before 6am. You have to stand at a window and built into the glass wall and purchase your food. Staff was TERRIBLE. Service was TERRIBLE. They should fire everyone including the manager and start over from scratch. It took the staff 15 minutes before my order hit the grill and they didn’t even call the order out like EVERY waffle house. Cook wasnt the worst but he was the laziest. The staff genuinely shouldn’t be allowed to serve food. Terrible experience. Easily the worst waffle house I’ve ever been to

If you’re debating between this WH and the next closest, choose this one! The food is quick and good, the service is friendly and prompt, and there was a friendly but not loud atmosphere. Kira was a wonderful waitress and we even received a free little bowl of candies after our meal! WHs can be hit or miss so idk if this is consistent across all staff pairings but today’s employees helped brighten my day along with fill my empty stomach. Bathrooms were not great but that’s typical with WHs

Yesterday morning about 11:30 am, I dined at the Waffle House on Mcfarland Boulevard for breakfast. The waitress named Brittany who served me and my boyfriend was rude , unfriendly and down right nasty to me but was somewhat friendly to my boyfriend for some reason. We asked for bacon with our meals but she served us bacon and sausage. Once we brought it to her attention that we did not order sausage, she got an attitude saying something under her breath while dumping the sausage in the trash can in front of us and walking away without offering to take it off the bill. To make a long story short, I did tell the manager on duty about Brittany’s attitude and I was sensing that she wanted to defend this girl’s nasty attitude.
I have visited many Waffle House restaurants in the south and I have never had a waitress as rude and nasty as Brittany. I will not never, ever eat at this Waffle House again.
