The pizza was so undercooked on the bottom, several spots where it’s not even browned at all. Slices so flimsy, I couldn’t even pick it up to eat it. We tried to recook it in our oven but it was just so meh. What’s up with their ovens? Why do they cook on the top, but not the bottom? Our first time at this location & the experience was screwed up so probably won’t be back. Even the crazy bread (which is usually the best thing at LC) was so pale & kinda doughy, it was falling apart. It was so bad it went straight in the trash. The best part of our trip was being refunded so we could go somewhere else & get a properly cooked pizza! The employees are nice, but the food was not it this time. Please check your ovens or cook the pizzas & bread sticks longer, I beg of you. I was really craving some crazy bread and I’m so disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with the operation of this location. As someone who’s worked food and service for many years, I can understand being busy and having to wait awhile, especially for a slightly larger order. However, when I place an order over 5 hours in advance to be ready for 6:45, I feel like its a very reasonable expectation for that order to be done by that time. Unfortunately, when I arrived at this store to pick up my order(even being 5 minutes late @6:50) I was informed that my order hadnt even been started yet! Looking around and noticing a decent crowd was in the store, I took a step back and thought “maybe it’ll be quick or I’ll be first queued since I ordered SO far ahead and the employees will recognize that the order should be prioritized”. I tend to give the benefit of the doubt in most cases and can deal with standing a good 15 or so minutes so long as things get done. After waiting that 15 or so minutes and seeing other walk-in orders be completed, I decided to approach the counter and ask “have you guys started my order yet?”. To which I was informed that they had STILL not even started my order yet and that the wait time at the moment was about 45 minutes to an hour. Mind you, I have people that are supposed to be arriving at my house for about 7pm for my birthday celebration, so I did not have any more time to spare, let alone 45 minutes to an hour, in waiting for the order that I placed over 5 hours ahead of time. Unfortunately I had to ask if they could just cancel the order and refund me, now having to go back to my own birthday celebration without any food to put out for guests. Which begs the question, what is the point of ordering and paying through the app with such an ample amount time ahead of pickup if the employees are just going to ignore the order and make it whenever they feel like it as opposed to being any bit proactive? Even if the pizza was a bit soggy or even old/slightly cold, I could deal with at least having it done ON TIME. Extremely disappointing to say the least. A birthday celebration with no food = No Bueno. Do better guys!

It took over an hour for one pizza and one breadstick if you’re busy I get it it’s going to take sometime happy to be patient and wait. I ordered online 20 minutes after seeing my food was in the oven I came in to check on it she told me I had to wait longer waited another 20 minutes how did I wait an hour for food and it’s cold when you finally get it out

Everytime you come here never have any pizza ready during the times they are supposed. Plus this time they didn’t have any pop to sell but charged me for it online. Smh. Come one little Caesars your better than this. I’ve been coming here for probably 20 years and the last 3-5 years it has drastically went down hill.

Eccellente! Por Favor! This place reminds me of my favorite local Italian pizza place in NYC, and it took just under 2 hours to make this awesome pepperoni pizza and crazy bread, crazy to me how good it was so it was worth the wait!

Ordered a deep dish and crazy bread .. the crazy bread was so undercooked it had raw dough leaking out of it. I ate a whole piece thinking it was accidentally made as cheesy bread or something until my husband informed me it was actually undercooked. When we called this location to let them know the “manager” neglected to remake our food appropriately. He said “ I mean, I can give you a pop” I didn’t even order a pop. I have pop. Ignorance.

Ordered ahead on the app, paid extra for a pepperoni pizza simply because I wanted it “custom” with lite sauce and WELL DONE, and after waiting for 40 minutes finally get my order and get home to find this. This looks undercooked let alone well done. Did not even try to fulfill the request and now it’s inedible because I cannot eat cheese that isn’t cooked well done. Ridiculous, will never return after this horrible experience.

It honestly feels like this location is trying to run itself into the ground, virtually every time I have ordered from this location in the last maybe 6 months they have taken a ridiculous amount of time to fill out orders of even just a single pizza whether it be a custom pizza or one that should be “hot and ready” not to mention corporate policy stopping employees from giving a straight answer on how long their pizza will take. I was told my order of a single pizza would take 45 minutes which already felt a bit on the long for one pizza but it ended up taking closer to an hour and 15 minutes. I do not know if the issue lies with poor staffing/ scheduling or if it’s a management issue or something else but I will personally not be ordering from this location until improvements are made

You can go to an any other pizza place and it will be faster than a hot n ready here. They should quit calling it hot n ready because it’s never ready. Since Mike Ilitch passed they went down hill. Slower service, higher prices

Always order online like the workers suggest, NEVER on-time like the app tells u it’s ready, pull up then gotta wait another 20 minutes like they gave ur PRE-ORDER out to a hot n ready customer. Pizza poorly cut. Making it difficult to share with a large family
