So we stopped last night after leaving children’s hospital. We had the baby with us with a cast on his leg . The waitress told us she would be with us soon , other people were already there . That was ok but people kept coming in afterwards that she waited on and served but not us . She said several times I’ll be with y’all soon . But after 45 mins we got up to leave , she said oh are you leaving ? I said yes we haven’t been waited on , her answer was “good bout time you left ” my husband and I both are white we had our mixed grandbaby with us . Her looks were as tho she did not intend on serving us and the baby . There were several other blacks in the restaurant but we were the only mixed couple . I take this very personal and will make sure no one I know eats there .

The worst waffle house I’ve ever been to the service was awful almost walked out to taco bell next door. Took over 30 mins just to get our order in. The waitress had absolutely no personality and you can tell she dont like her job or people. There’s no one in there and still took forever to even get a drink, wont be be back to this one!

Food and service was really good. The only thing I didn’t like was how long it took the staff to clean off the tables. People were waiting to be seated and there was about 3-4 tables that were dirty and staff didn’t clean them for awhile. It just seemed like one person could have cleaned them to keep things moving smoothly. Other than that it was a pretty good experience.

Ordered breakfast. Waffles were served warm, but grits, eggs & bacon were not. Still trying to figure out why a breakfast made-to-order can’t be served hot in an uncrowded restaurant.

Unfortunately, my wife and I had to get up and leave due to the many food safety violations taking place. We watched the cook take and place raw meat from fridge onto griddle, crack eggs, and butter bread ALL with the same gloves. We got our plates and there was an eggshell in the toast which solidified the experience we had just watched as food was made. Please be aware of cross contamination.

Warm and welcoming. Perfectly done hashbrowns served with a side of kindness and humor. If you’re in the area, you should definitely stop in.

Enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Very helpful server explained that city ham was boneless with less salt and the atmosphere was like being in a cafe where everybody knows everyone.

I enjoyed the food but most importantly Ella my server was amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are okay during your dining. Truly remarkable young lady. Also this is the first Waffle House I’ve gone to who takes pride on being clean.
