One of the worst McDonald’s around. You get burgers smashed and falling apart, half full cold fries, and employees that scream vulgarity at each other loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. The manager stands around and watches all of this with no control. The manager is also as unhelpful as the rest of the staff so at least they offer consistency when it comes to 1 star experiences. I would recommend avoiding this one especially if you have kids, this McDonald’s is not family friendly.

I try to refrain from leaving negative reviews as everyone has a bad day but this was so bad I just had to share. Whoever was responsible for toasting or warming the buns must’ve fell asleep because every bun was burnt. How is that possible? I mean, if you burn it, then you see it was burnt while you’re putting the sandwich together and DON’T USE IT. Grab another bun and start over. There was only one other car in the drive through so it wasn’t a matter of being busy. It ruined the taste of the McCrispys and the Filet o Fish’s. When you want to “be bad” and get some quick fast food, you don’t want to be disappointed for over-priced burnt sandwiches.

Im gonna be honest..mcdonalds usually is last on my list next to WaWa for places that I will avoid eating at ever if I can help it. The food is just gross 90% of the time and now it costs $30 for 2 meals there. However yesterday we ran out to take care of some errands and I was starving and trying to be budget conscious decided mcdonalds would be the cheapest fastfood options and I haven’t eaten it in months so it seemed like an ok option. I will say out of all the mcdonalds locations simply here in Williamsburg alone this location seems to be the best. They consistently get things right (they did forget a 10pc nugget but thankfully we caught that it wasn’t in the bag before we left the drive thru) the food is always fresh and hot, the staff seems friendly enough and also seems to do their job pretty well with little to no errors any time ive ordered…yesterday’s food didnt disappoint as usual.which is why I wanted to leave a review. Please keep up the consistently fresh food and quick service. This will always be my go to mickey d’s on the rare occasions I do get a craving for some nuggies and fresh MCDONALD’S fries!!

Waited 37 minutes for my order and when I finally got someone’s attention, they gave me attitude. Turns out my order had been sitting behind the counter for who knows how long, but long enough for everything to be cold.
Corporate should bulldoze this location and sell it to Wendy’s.

I’ve been here several times and overall it’s pretty good but I did come one time two weeks ago and they got my order wrong after telling it to them several times. But it had never happened before or since so I just go to a different McDonald’s it’s not a big deal but it’s pretty expensive when you don’t get what you ask for.

If I could give this McDonalds a 0 star rating, it would have earned it 50 times over. Unfortunately, this is the only fast food place in our area, so now I make a 30 minute drive to Williamsburg when we want McDonalds. I thought I would give Giaimo’s McDonalds a try today and after an hour of me waiting curbside, they cleared my order, as if they fulfilled it. The incompetency of this establishment is astounding. This goes so far beyond poor management. I will never give any of his establishments business again.

This was a terrible experience. My wife and I were on our way back from a weekend in Virginia Beach and wanted to make a quick stop for gas and some food. There was almost no one at the restaurant. We went through drive thru and ordered a quarter pounder meal and a double cheeseburger. The girl at the window handed us our drink and told us to wait in a take out parking spot. We sat there for about 10 minutes. I was about to go inside to see what was taking so long but then saw an employee walking towards our car with a McDonald’s bag and she was rummaging around in the bag with her hand deep inside. My wife said she was concerned she was putting her hands on the fries. She then walked up to our window and without saying a word or making eye contact stuck her arm in the window with the bag, turned and started to walk away. I looked in the bag and saw that my wife’s burger was partially unwrapped, there was no straw, no fries and one napkin. She didn’t ask if we needed ketchup, nothing. Just basically walked out after 10 minutes with the wrong order and essentially dropped it in our car. I called out to the person and asked where were the straw and fries? She looked back and said she didn’t know. I told her we were supposed to have a meal. Anyway, I got out of the car and walked into the restaurant, which was empty, and went to the counter and told the person at the front what had happened and she walked away. Then, a manager came up front and asked what I needed. I told her the story and she just asked, with an attitude, what I wanted. I said I wanted my full meal which should include fries and a new double cheeseburger because the person that brought it out had been touching the burger. She told me no she hadn’t, she was just looking at what was inside the bag. I said if she was just looking in the bag why was the burger partially unwrapped, why didn’t she notice there were no fries, one napkin and no straw? I took the burger out and showed it to her half open. She then, with an attitude, said, “so what do you want?” I told her again, my fries, a new double cheeseburger, a straw and some more napkins. She walked towards the back, asked for a burger which she got in less than a minute (even though it took almost 10 minutes to get our original incorrect order), she shoved it in a bag and set it on the counter. Never apologized for the mistake. I told her the service was terrible considering how long it took and all the mistakes. She said, “no it’s wasn’t”. I looked at her and said what? She said your the only complaint we’ve had all day. Unbelievable. I then walked out to the car and my wife said, “there’s still no straw”. My wife then went into the restaurant and told a different person what happened and got the straw. Then she came back, we took off on our trip and once she opened her burger she realized they hadn’t put any ketchup or mustard and only one piece of cheese instead two like it’s supposed to have. After all that they still got it wrong and the manager claimed this wasn’t bad service. What a terrible experience.

The young man at the window was perfect and well mannered. However the manager in charge was screaming and cursing at the young man while he was taking orders. You could hear him thru closed window. The young man just stood there completing his task. I’ve seen this manager a few times verbally abusing his co-workers I believe his name is Jr. Or Junior.

Today was my last straw. I waited 20 minutes for my food and the entire surrounding smelled like weed. The smell hits like a skunk as soon as they open the windows and as I waiting for my food I was forced to just sit in a car that smelled like half baked kush… I got home and the ice in my drink STILL smells like weed. Its disgusting. Hell man, I feel like I’d fail a drug test just by passing by!
Update. The next day I woke up with food poisoning and had to have two IVs of fluids this McDonald’s caused me to lose.
