My service is great. I had a young server with red hair. Who was very experienced for his young age. He kept my drink refilled the entire time and checked on me every few minutes.So I will say, this was my best experience at a waffle house 10/10

had a really disappointing experience at Waffle House. When our food came out, we realized we didn’t receive the hashbrowns we had ordered. When we politely asked about them, Whitney told us we never asked for hashbrowns and refused to bring them. Instead of trying to fix the issue, she went off on us for even asking. It felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Mistakes happen, but the way it was handled was upsetting. I hope management addresses this because customer service really matters.

Thank you for a very nice meal , we stopped in Trussville and were treated very badly. So we came on up to Springville the cook and waitress Mike and Tracy were very nice to us . We had our w year old grandson who had just been released from children’s hospital, they gave him waffle House hat and made him smile . Thank you both for being so kind to us . We will be back .

As far as I know, there are only two places in Saint Clair County that serve country ham with their breakfast. Those would be Cracker Barrel (not a fan) and Waffle House. (This was in Springville.)
This morning we ate at Waffle House and I had their country ham with eggs, hashbrowns, raisin toast and coffee.
My favorite waitress is Amanda (and then Jo). Joey the cook does a great job.
My plate was $13.25
My coffee was $2.50
It was a very good breakfast!

Stopped here on the way to the beach, this place was slammed so me and my family took the b ar seats, the waited greeted us as soon as we sit. After ordering our meals came out fast and tasted great. We sit and ate while watching the cooks do their magic. Everyone was very clean and organized and did very well with the crowd they had. Definitely a place to stop by and get some tasty breakfast. Was impressed by their hard work and dedication.

Great Place, great food, most stores not doing Veterans Discounts any more in a company that was found by 2 WWII Veterans. They passed away and a grandson forgot us & them. I still go there though and I like all of the rest of it.

Waffle House is my go-to for a decent meal at a reasonable price anywhere I go. Having said that, the one in Springville, Alabama is by far the most friendly. The food is seldom cooked wrong and is quickly corrected if you make them aware.
