I had a really great experience at this Waffle House! Service was on point and my food came out super quick, hot, and just the way I wanted. The chef definitely knew what he was doing, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. The young lady helping me was very friendly, attentive, and helpful—I wish I caught her name because she really made the visit that much better. Overall, I left happy, full, and impressed. Definitely one of the better Waffle House experiences I’ve had.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The waitress herself was polite and attentive, but the food was completely unacceptable. My order was not cooked the way I asked — the eggs were cold, runny, and inedible. Even though the restaurant was busy, I still paid full price for food I couldn’t eat.
What made it worse is that the waitress never offered to have the food remade. Instead, the only thing she asked was if I wanted tea to go. That’s not good customer service.
Overall, I left unsatisfied and feeling like my money was wasted. A busy restaurant is no excuse for poor food quality and lack of proper service recovery.

This waffle house is great ! Our sever , John was helpful, friendly, and treated us well. He got our order correct and to us as fast as it got off the griddle . Emily and all the staff we had contact with were friendly . A great American breakfast has always been our preferred weekend breakfast . This food is always good . No place does it better than this Waffle House .
