I went to the Waffle House for the first time last Thursday for breakfast. I ordered the Al- Star Special. I chose the hash browns, over easy eggs, toast, chicken patties and waffle with blueberries.
The over easy eggs and hash browns were the perfect delicious combo. I used the toast soak the remaining eggs. The chicken patty was also good.
The waitress Aly was very friendly. For some reason reason she made two blueberry waffles which was kind of her.
I thanked her and said it feels like a pre-birthday gift. I ate one of the blueberry waffle. It was tasty. I kept the second waffle for later cause I was full.
I was very pleased with the food, the price and its service.
I came later back for the second time to the Waffle House early morning Friday.
It was quite busy at 2:30 because there weee all the partygoers coming from Bounce.
I ordered the Cheesesteak melt hashbrown bowl. I waited patiently while other guests and my food being prepared.
The staff members Sherry, Auntie, Davi were professional despite the big amount of guests in the Waffle House. They handed it well.
I really enjoyed the cheesesteak melt hashbrown bowl. It tasted especially good, after drinking a few beers before at Bounce.
The hashbrowns were nice & crunchy with some melted cheese, and the steak pieces nicely seasoned.
I recommend people to check out the Waffle House.

Standard waffle house. Such a great location, it is close to the hotel that I stayed in. The food is good and the service is nice. Today is not busy, no waiting list. Good to me.
There is one thing that bothers me. On the bill that I ordered, the total price was $23.50, but the server added the total to $26.50. In my mind, I thought the server was afraid that I wouldn’t leave the tips. So she added the tips to the bill. But anyway, I gave her an additional 20%. I also have a restaurant, I really understand the feeling.
Overall, I was satisfied with the food and service. Reasonable price.

Waitress took our order and it took 42 mins to get our food and people who came after us got their food first. Only 2 people on the floor when there was 2 people in the back doing knows what and not helping the 2 in the front. The reason I know about the people in that back is because I saw them go in and out from the back.
People left because they never even got their orders taken after sitting for more than 10 mins.
By the time we got our food it was cold and Waffle wasn’t even the correct size

I love the All Star meal. They only had Tabasco sauce (I need to bring my Frank’s next time.
Service was quick, friendly. I didn’t get a TOGO orders but they add 20% 10% for the server and 10% for TOGO FEE what is a TOGO FEE?!?! I will bring my own containers and pack it up

The cleanliness and age of the interior furnishing are what you can expect of a Waffle House. The food is a fair price, the waitstaff are welcoming and attentive and the portions are large. A great start to a weekday morning. Thanks!

I want to preface this with the fact that I have never bothered to write a review about a store because frankly I could not be asked/cared enough, but this experience today was too crazy to ignore. I ordered a simple “Two Egg Breakfast” online and it was estimated to take around 15 minutes. I drove to the store and I found that it was jam-packed with people so I understood that it was definitely gonna take more than 15 minutes. As expected, the staff told me to wait and I did… for about a hour. After an hour passed, I grew impatient (how was the wait time for a simple order 1 hour?) I went up to the staff that told me to wait and I asked when my order was ready. Turns out, they NEVER even started on my order.. they didn’t even know what my order was. Frustrated, I gave them my order and at this point I just wanted to ask for a refund and leave but I was still hungry. This made me think, what if I never went up and asked if my order was ready. Would it have taken longer? Would I have just stood there for 2 hours or more? If I knew it was going to take this long I wouldn’t have even ordered in the first place. Overall, I am very disappointed and a heads up for future customers, add an extra hour to whatever how long they tell you its going to take (or avoid if you can).

Waffle House is always great. Saw the fireworks in Avalon Park for New Years and was hungry afterwards. Took my cuz visiting from Jamaica who had never been to a Waffle House. He’s now hooked and the experience was great. It was quiet when we walked in, but then lots of other families came. Loved the diversity and the love felt in the place. Thank You Waffle House!!!
