Walked in and it was not busy at all. We were in a booth and sat there for 20 minutes with waitresses completely ignorning us. Everyone literally standing around talking to each other and not paying attention to anyone. We walked out and no one even noticed we were leaving. We will not be back.

Stopped here on our way home to Texas, and I have always enjoyed eating breakfast at Waffle Houses all over the United States. The food here was great and service was friendly. Our waitress “Broom”… (yes, it’s Broom.. lol) was sassy (in a good way) and full of energy. If ever I were to come back through this area… I would definitely stop here again.

Had a great experience here. 11pm dining. Only one cook here tonight however he made all our food quickly and it was all perfect, and we had 9 people in our party. The waiter Brandon Greene was so social and was very attentive. Food was hot, never an empty glass, and we didn’t wait long at all.

I came in last week early in the morning and had a great trip :). My server Elora was cheerful and on top of all my needs, and the cook was a blast. He kept the kitchen lively and cooked great food! I will be back soon for sure!

We regularly drive to this location from Gulf Breeze because we normally get really good service. Today, we were treated really bad. With only 2 tables occupied when we walked in, every table was dirty. 3 or 4 servers standing in the back with only 1 out front to handle the register. We were recognized by the 1 server but waited for someone to come and clean a table. When she did come out. She cleaned the seats and walked off, we tried to let her know that the table was covered in egg but she immediately, with alot of attitude in her voice, came back with “I’m getting another towel!”
Very rude and short, she obviously didn’t want to be there. We have so many options. My wife was shocked by her attitude and started walking out. We have enjoyed the staff at this location in the past… Very disappointing You must have all the customers you need. You’ve lost us.
