We were the only other people in there beside one other person and the waitress and the cook. They had the jukebox way to loud and the other customers were very loud. They were assisting the other customer more than us. We had to wave the cook down to get the waitress attention. Usually our experience in waffle house is alot better than this. Usually is very enjoyable. Not sure if they were just having an off night or what. However, I do know we don’t go to this particular location that much. We prefer the location in Milton across from home Depot. This was the closest one to us at the time and so we went. We couldn’t hardly talk to one another with out raising our voices at one another dues to the over excessive of noise. Other than that the food was good.

I think her name was Alicia, but she’s so kind! I ordered a diet coke and she asked if I wanted sugar free syrup with my waffle. I did not even know that was an option. She was so sweet and thoughtful!

Tried them again after a year. Same problems. Tables not being cleaned, waitresses not acknowledging presence.Three to four tables available, not cleaned. No one said anything. I waited there with my crippled granddaughter and friend for 15 minutes. Finally just left.

The best waffle house we have ever been to. We are a family of 8 and Amanda was amazing!!! My grandson has celiac and compromised immune system, she cared for him like she would her own. Having chef change gloves, bringing to go silverware and cup, new ketchup. She went so far and above we have never had such service. Absolutely the most caring waitress/person we have ever experienced. The restaurant is clean and such a wonderful staff. Thank you Amanda, you made our morning

The staff was attentive and the food was cooked well as we ordered it. My only concern is the cleanliness, or rather the lack of it.
There is a difference between aged and dirty. Yes this is an older building, but the contents were dirty and unkept. For example the menu had something crusted on it, the syrup containers were caked with layers of syrup, there was debris on the floor and layers of dust on the fixtures. This was not during an exceptionally busy time. I think its time for a good field day.

I’m a fat guy and I love waffle House every time I go this time it was for a large volunteer fishing tournament and we had about six tables filled up with about four people each. There was no wait for anyone we had our food served and drinks topped off by one waitress and she killed it. Not every shift is always the same and not every person has had the best day so I try not to judge if I sense some negativity in the air. However, there was no negativity just positivity and everything went perfectly. I recommend this waffle house to anybody.
