My father was a district manager in Alabama for a long time and my mother worked as a waitress in Alabama. I went there to reminisce, missing my long passed parents. My experience here was a breathe of fresh air. My food was hot and exactly how I wanted it. Our waitress Destiny aka Des was amazing. She was so good to my children. I didn’t catch the cooks name because he was working so hard and another sweet female was working hard keeping the place clean as well and calling orders. I really felt like I was back at home with my parents in the WH life. Thank you so much for the nostalgia, it was so healing for me. I’m a Google contributor for 13 years and I give this place two thumbs up

Usually love Waffle House and get good service but I received my hashbrowns with hair cooked into it, then I realized no one in the building was wearing hairnets so I was too scared to eat the rest of my food. Was not busy when I went.

The overall experience here is good and can’t beat the service. Only complaint I have is the pricing of the food for the quality you’re getting. Nobody is going to waffle house for quality food so why is a hash brown bowl $15? It’s also freezing in the restaurant 24/7 to the point where I’m not as hungry as when I sit down.

5 stars for this location, Crestview, and crew at brunch on a busy Saturday morning, December 7, 2024. While the menu is the same everywhere, ingredients are not the same, as in, some locations serve authentic butter, vs margarine/spreads.
In this location, the crew worked as a cohesive unit with quality service and meal prepared to specifications. The downside is that this location serves margarine/ spread for their toast. Robert Kennedy Jr. will help, I hope, reevaluate margarine products.
