It was about 10:30 Sunday morning and it was obvious the biscuits have been sitting under the warmer way too long. They were hard and dry the egg on the biscuit was dry and crusty and the ham was hard and the sausage was barely warm. Just don’t think the weekend crew cares about giving biscuits that have sat out way too long it should have been thrown out instead of giving them to someone that paid for a fresh meal.

I have visited this location four times, each time there was an issue whether it be food items missing, the food was not edible or I had to sit in spot number two for 45 minutes to wait for my order that I paid $40.65.for. When I placed my order at the speaker, the lady said it would be 20 minutes for the chicken after paying. I pulled in the parking spot number two and I waited over 45 minutes actually a young lady came to my window with the wrong order I had to tell her what I ordered , she said we’re just waiting on the biscuits now. It seems that the staff are all young children didn’t see any adults in there as I could see. I will be contacting corporate in regards to this location because of the issues I’ve had every single time I’ve come here , if you want Bojangles, do not go to Bojangles in Mountain View North Carolina. That’s my advice if you want to have quality food good customer and not have to wait over 45 minutes for your order. I would definitely drive somewhere else.then when I get home, my box of food is a nasty mess! Even the tea had beans spilt all over it!! I’m so angry I don’t even want to eat this nasty mess they call food! I will be contacting corporate on this location. Ran by a bunch of irresponsible kids

The three times I’ve been here there doesn’t seem to be anyone in charge- not knocking the employees, it’s a thankless job I’m sure, but managers make decent money but if there is one here they don’t seem to be too interested in keeping anything organized -like AT ALL. I’ve seen customers wait 10 minutes just to be greeted and order taken . Always out of something waiting on it to cook. Write this while waiting on an order placed 40 minutes ago. Still not ready

Like being late getting home from work? Do you like sitting in line for an hour? Do you like getting the wrong items after sitting in line for an hour? Boy do I have the place to go for you! If it wasn’t bad enough that most bojangles seem to have no employees, an ai drive thru, terrible customer service, this one has you wait extra long to get through line.

Last week, I placed a mobile order, and unfortunately, it turned into total chaos. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue, but this experience was especially frustrating. I received my food 30 minutes after the promised time. The restaurant was out of Bo’s Bites but didn’t inform us — instead, they substituted Supremes without saying anything. We only found out there was a shortage after pointing out that our order was incorrect. No alternative was offered, which left one of my kids without a meal since Supremes are too spicy.
They were also out of tea containers but didn’t communicate that either; instead, they brought out four large teas. When we asked if they could be remade without ice — as the half gallons typically come without ice and we weren’t planning to drink them immediately — our request was refused.
Additionally, two meals were combined into a single combo box, and we were shorted a biscuit.
I’m not sure which is more disappointing — the experience I had at the Brookford location or the fact that I reached out to corporate the same day requesting follow-up and never received a single response.

The young men and young ladies that work at this restaurant always leaves me speechless. They’re refreshingly kind hearted, courteous, extremely professional. Even when they get a busy….still very composed and run shifts very smoothly. Cudos to the manger who trained these guys the right way

Staff working were arguing with each other. Apparently no one likes doing there jobs at the restaurant.
Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Ordered a simple 12 piece bo bites combo 10 minutes in app before arriving, waited another 10 minutes at the window and then was told to pull ahead and wait another 3 minutes (which was another 8 minutes in reality). While at the window watched them knock a food box in the floor and just pick it up and put someones order in it. Disgusting and slow, will never return!

If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. I’ve been to this Bojangles many times over the years just because it’s closest one to the house. Today I got a semi raw chicken breast. It made me sick to my stomach today leaving my stomach hurting and throwing up. I will never go here again and anytime I’ve had issues in the past with this location the manager on duty never seems to care or want to positively resolve the issue. On top of the long wait times for food and that stupid AI order taker they got now. Please go to another location that actually still cares!

Stopped in for a quick bite. Wanted to try their new blueberry sausage biscuit.
Waited almost 10 minutes before anyone even came to the cash register.

Addendum……
Stopped by today, November 27th 2024. Ordered a cup of black coffee through the drive-thru. Cashier tried to keep my money. Paid with a five gave me $0.75 back I had to bring to their attention that they had shortchanged me a few dollars. Then was told I had to pull forward and wait for a cup of coffee. Took 5 minutes.
