Maggie was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, friendly, and so welcoming. She made us feel right at home. We ordered the All-Star Breakfast. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we wanted it. She kept our drinks filled, checked on us often, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Great food is always a plus, but great service makes the experience even better. Ms. Maggie truly delivered. If you stop by this location, you’d be lucky to have her taking care of you!

The pancake has black ground coffee (burnt bits/residue) on plate side. I didn’t see it until it was almost gone. It looks like the cook didn’t clean the the waffle maker and served us what we could not see (is what we would pay for.). The scramble egg looked like a busy working mother who did not have time to mix the egg yolk to make it look like a dish that would be cooked for a paying customer. This is the first time we came here and saw that other locations have more professional cooks.

Huge shoutout to Laura at Waffle House! She noticed I was quiet during a busy rush and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of without me having to shout over the crowd. It’s rare to find that kind of emotional intelligence in food service. I’m a customer for life now—10/10 service and tipping every time!

I’m not sure exactly how to rate the food since I was not able to eat what I ordered. We were the only customers in the restaurant and we were promptly meet at our table and our drink order was placed. We ordered our food after getting our drinks. Once our food arrived at our table, the young woman on the grill started cleaning the grill with a chemical that smelled horrible and filled the restaurant with a haze of smoke. I have asthma and I immediately felt as if I couldn’t breathe. My daughter started coughing and felt as if she was going to be sick. We immediately went outside for fresh air and left my husband to pay the bill for the food we didn’t get a chance to eat. The two employees seemed not to care that we could not stay and eat because of the environment that was created by the chemicals. Dear Waffle House, please instruct employees not to use such harsh chemicals to clean, especially with customers in the restaurant.

I ordered grilled chicken sandwich with raw onions and smothered hash browns with chili. The chili,chicken and hash browns was burnt and cooked onions which made the bread soggy. I heard the waitress tell the cook (Ian)twice raw onions. I also had the all American and the first batch of bacon was burnt so he tossed it and made another one. The hash browns were burnt and the bacon again was burnt I didn’t notice until I got home to eat. The waitress Helen was awesome and the new waitress that came on shift was awesome. I tried to call and let the waitress know but no one answered the phone.

Ordered a patty melt w/ hash. Got home to find it’s a double hash. Waiter was so inattentive. too busy flirting with the stool of men next to me. Couldn’t even get the condiments right- bag FULL of ketchup that I didn’t ask for. I was bummed because the system wouldn’t allow me to leave a tip, but once I got home WITH THE WRONG ORDER, I’m glad i couldn’t tip. Call it divine intervention. Not to mention the meat in the double hash was HAMBURGER meat and not SAUSAGE!!! booooooooo!!!!!!
