It was very busy and all of the employees were trying to get food out for the customers. The manager Lee, was YELLING rudely at all the employees, telling everyone they needed to do this and that for the customers. As a customer, the only thing annoying me and making me not want to come back was hearing HIM yell at everyone across the restaurant yelling at my waitress OVER AND OVER. She called out orders and he wouldnt mark them then he would get mad at her for not making sure HE marked the order, so customers were waiting. He was reprimanding employees and yelling at servers right in front of me while im trying to eat my food. I will not be eating there again if he is working that day. He was sending people home in front of customers, employees were visibly upset and if I were any one of the employees, I would have walked out. We gave our waitress Katie a 166% tip and told her if she gets sent home its not her fault. She was the sweetest making sure we have everything we needed and wanted. That manager should not be a manager, and needs to learn how to treat employees like they are human, not worker bees to shout and yell at. Even if the customers couldn’t hear him, its still wrong, but its waffle house. So ALL the customers could hear him yelling at his employees. Nobody wants to hear yelling and reprimanding while they eat.

Very bad attitude when serving Latino customers, and to top it off reacts as the owner of the place, in my opinion she should not act in a bad way when she does not understand a customer correctly, the idea is to reach an acceptable understanding for bot.

My husband and I dined in on 12/24/25 at 11.50 a.m, and what I witness with the entire crew was nothing the short of amazement. I witnessed the outstanding team work in the mist of the busy hours of the day. Everyone team member worked in their appropriate rolls and took care of the customers orders in a timely fashion. Cooperate office needs to know about the hard working team members the company has. SENDING MAJOR KIDDOS TO THEM.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences at Waffle House. I’m glad we stopped by this location when passing through town. The atmosphere was very fun, laughing going on all around between the staff and customers. Our waitress, Vion, was so nice. I’d come back to this location if I’m passing through town again.

Absolutely fantastic! I went for breakfast on Saturday with a friend. I ordered a grits bowl and an omelette. I barely was able to finish haha. The food was perfect. Perfect taste, butter, quantity, perfect cooked bacon, soft and moist eggs. I couldn’t ask for better. Nice strong coffee. Very polite staff and very nice clean restaurant. I’ll be back! Thank you

This is one of the best stores in the area and my husband and I we love it here. We witnessed a lady trying to tell the manager he was being to hard and mean to an employee and that was far from the truth we heard everything and he was very professional and I recommend this establishment every time!!!!! Way to go lee, Stacy,iyonna, and the rock star that was there always do an amazing job!!!!!!

Upon entry, I was greeted by the staff. Ingrid was my server and did a great job! She was very attentive, while handling other duties. The food was brought out in a timely manner & it was fresh and hot.
