My grits were lump and cold. The cheese wouldn’t melt into them. My eggs were recorded and still not prepared correctly. The waitress was not pleasant are friendly. She placed items on the table forcefully. She didn’t return to the table to see if we needed further assistance. Her attitude was very noticeable. I have never seen sick a greasy and slippery floor . It was a bad experience.

The food tasted like they hadn’t cleaned the grill they cooked on. It was the nastiest omelet with old onions in it and greasy. It was a waste of money. My waffle was cold and soft. My bacon was greasy. They messed up my whole breakfast without care in the world.

For a waffle house it’s top notch. The staff are very friendly and inviting. The food is of good quality and is prepared fast. The color design of waffle house makes it look dingy but it’s actually pretty clean.

Actions from a District Manager this morning around 630am.

Kivus- your District manager spoke so rude to me this about a complaint I had about not being able to sit and eat in. Everyone has to get their food to go and then we are forced to pay a ‘togo’ fee on top of the price for our food.

He called me ignorant and stated the way I handled my complaint was ignorant.

If this is how management will deal with customers…im done with Waffle House. I have been loyal to this brand eating several days a week…especially the weekends!!!!

He did this in front of the employees and I refuse to be talked to like that. As a Disabled veteran…this treatment will not be accepted. I definitely will let my fellow veterans know to avoid him and your stores.

Do better Waffle House.

I couldn’t give a 0 stars…because that is definitely warranted for today’s treatment. I tipped my server and cook…even bought a customers breakfast for them.

There were two of us & we didn’t get our food at the same time. They had too many to go orders & they took care of them first before dealing with their inside customers!! I believe the take out orders should be secondary to inside customers. Other than that the service & food was good.

Arrived to pick up carry-out order and they “didn’t have the ticket”. I sent my husband screenshots of the order and the location and suddenly they found that they had made 1 or the 3 items ordered (not even a complicated order)…it was just sitting there. This is the second time I have ordered online from this location. They messed up the order both times. I won’t return.
