I had the 3 taco platter and it was as good as I remember. This was the original fish taco in my experience and memories hold up. Service was slow, but that meant the tacos were obviously prepared fresh. Salsa bar is still great. Atmosphere not as happy as I remember, but clean a.d comfortable.

It’s was below okay. Not as good as it look, tiny fish, too much crunchy batter. They give me 2x fish on one taco, was like wow but it was old and already dried…boo. Good amount of self serve side sauces thou. Idky but their places just look dirty to dine in.

We arrived around 8:22 PM and ordered about $75 worth of food. The salsa bar was empty, so I asked the GSA for more picante salsa, but she said they were out. I went to the register to order a catering-sized picante salsa, knowing it shouldn’t be out of stock. When we got our food, the tacos were poorly made, missing onions, cilantro, avocado, and cotija cheese. The chips were all broken and at the bottom of the tray, the beans were dry, and the rice was bland with no flavor. The new corn bowl was mostly rice with overcooked shrimp. It’s disappointing because the food quality has deteriorated so much. This is why you lose business—poor service and low-quality food.

i ordered on the app to pick up, and for whatever reason, their system wasn’t working at the time, so they didn’t get my order, but my payment went through. not their fault, tech errors out sometimes! but they explained, and were kind about it, and i could see them busting their butts to get people’s orders out swiftly. that made all the difference. i already can’t wait to get another lobster burrito

Went to Rubio’s Baja Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga a couple of days ago, the food was very good, the service was ok. The salsa bar was dirty, missing some of the best salsas, lemons and limes. I requested the lady at the front area to replenish the salsa bar and she did. I always enjoy their food and I will come back but the salsa bar needs to improve.
So we went back 2 Rubio’s on October 19, 2024 and it was a terrible experience. Hi prices and small portions. My wife order a lobster salad and it looks nothing like the picture n the menu. It was like ordering a burrito, paying full price and only getting half. My lobster burrito was loose to make it look thick but it wasn’t. No wonder the establishment is 4 sale. Stay away from Rubios. Do not waste your money there. Besides it was basically empty on a Saturday afternoon, now this place used 2 B super busy but now is dead. No I didn’t recommended any dishes in that terrible location in Rancho Cucamonga.

My boyfriend and I come all the time. I love this location. Beth was very helpful and informative. Ive come many times and had no idea they have an app. This store is always working so hard and even while understaffed you can tell everyone is working their hardest. I wish the other customers could see that. The food is always hot and delicious. I’ve been to other rubios and they just don’t make then like they do here. My tacos are always made perfect here. I think the store itself needs a little updating. The walls are all banged up and seats are cracked on the leather.
