I am still trying to find out why my Texas Patty Melt to go cost $7.03. Only two small Texas toast slices, two American cheese slices, very little chopped onions, and a thin unseasoned beef patty that was burnt. The onions were also burnt. Therefore, it tasted like cheese, burnt meat and onions.

The customer service was good I don’t really have any complaints they continuously checked on me to make sure my order was ok. If you get a fiesta omelette you may have to remind them to be light with the jalapenos. They give you a very generous amount. The times I went the restaurant it wasn’t that busy so my order came to my table pretty fast. The employees seemed very friendly and professional. I usually only go to this restaurant in between 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. no particular reason it’s just a habit I guess.

I was greeted when I entered the door, immediately seated and a hostess took my order. I also received my food quickly. My food tasted good and my hostess checked in on my constantly to see if I was good or if I needed anything. Made my birthday good as my service and food was on point.

Jamiebou was absolutely amazing. She listens and always gets the orders right. Great customer service too. There was also a worker named Ivy that had a Michelle name tag on. She was very rude and ugly to the servers. Also just glared at everyone coming in. Other then that great experience

This is the best place to come great staff. Clean environment. Jess makes you feel comfortable and like family Hannah knows what’s she’s doing with the food. Miss angee is so sweet and funny. Jimmy is one of the servers and he was awesome too it was lovely to have walked in somewhere and not have to worry about rude customers service they were awesome

the best waffle house in valdosta. everything is always super clean and the enviroment is great. the employees are always super sweet and lovely. they work super hard and are always fast and attentive. the food is always so yummy and it comes out fast and hot. i’ve been here many times and i’ve always had a great time!

I love Waffle House. I come here pretty often and everytime everything is great and the people are nice. The only thing I would say needs fixing is how some of the employees act in front of customers. I get it that we all have some issues with certain people, but they need to handle that in the back, but other than that everything is fantastic.
