This is a amazing location!! The waiters were very kind, professional and quick. We orded the hasbrown plate with sausage. Food is waffle house food haha, not amazing per se but good! Definitely worth the experience. The standout from this location were the people! And had a great atmosphere

I don’t often visit breakfast places but I must say, this one had some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a while. Walk in and you are instantly greeted. I had a large to go order and they filled quickly and accurately. Food was fresh and warm and there was plenty of it. Quick delivery of the food and overall good experience. Restaurant was clean and once again the staff was excellent!

The 1st waffle house I went to here was a take out only. Never seen that before so I went to another waffle house 6 miles away for a bad situation. Both waffle houses parking lots were full of trash everywhere. The waffle house I went into and this is no bull every table was dirty. Only 2 or 3 people getting take out. Two waitress just standing there talking to each other and the cook. The Cook was working. I have been to waffle houses up and down the South. This was not the worst but close. These places were not somewhere corporate would appreciate.

The 3am crew that was there tonight was spectacular, very punctual, and food was the best we’ve had out of any Waffle House chain. The staff was very attentive and helpful!!

It’s waffle house, Candice was our server, and she was great. she even rinsed out our glasses to drink out of. The lady who fixed our food had gloves on. Then I noticed a guy who fixed someone’s waffle did not have gloves on. As he was taking waffles out of cooker, he laid his hand under it to catch it. He also rang someone up and took money, still no handwashing or gloves. Management might need to retrain him. They also do not do military discount.

I’m rating 1 star, because I tried, as normal to call in my order before I left the house 5 mins away. The phone system tells me that they are not taking call in orders. So I drive myself up there to order, and get my food, when I see all of the employees in the restaurant outside. I walk in, and sit patiently at the counter for 5 minutes before they all decide to pile in.
I understand everyone has to take breaks, but really? They should be rotating out, and they saw me pull in the parking lot, stop, and get out. But yet they were all surprised to see me sitting at the counter when they walked in.

It is very refreshing to go into a Waffle House and get top notch service. It was not busy. The employees were cleaning, and not standing around on their phones!
My mother and I like to go to a local place for lunch at least twice a week. Our usual spot decided to change their hours and they now close at 2pm. We just found our replacement!
