I really appreciate our server tonight, didn’t catch his name but he was white with glasses and hair pulled up. For awhile now me and my boyfriend have had really mean servers that don’t care about us and tonight this guy was great. My boyfriend got eggs and I got a cheesesteak and hash browns. My sandwich was burnt and the bacon tasted really burnt so I asked for a new one, and they brought me a new one really fast, that new sandwich was delicious. I used to be a server so I always am the one to decide on what to tip our servers at restaurants, and for awhile now I haven’t tipped much since they are always rude, but tonight our service was great and appreciated. Thanks man.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean restaurant. Erica was a great server. Personable but not over bearing. Even asked if we wanted anything else. Even if I didn’t. I can’t remember the last time any server asked me that. They usually give you the check and work you toward the door. Will definitely go back here.

One of the waitresses was very rude. Me and my 2 daughters went to get breakfast to go on Sunday, June 11th. One of my daughters ordered her food, paid. Then I ordered my food and paid. My other daughter they made wait while she cashed out other customers because she was scared they were going to run out without paying she said. I let her know that we were standing there before they even got up to be checked out but she refused to take my daughters order. Even after she cashed out the other customers who were behind us, she then walked off and didn’t come back to ring her up. Another lady had to do it. The ride older lady was mumbling under her breath the whole time, slamming things on the counter, and even being rude to the cooks. 10 out of 10, I don’t recommend this location. They need to train on proper customer service.

The food was hot and ready in below average time when there were only a few guests there. They seemed short staffed, since there were a couple of tables with dirty dishes, so I sat at the counter. The customer service was friendly. This location is smaller than most, but overall you get the same Waffle House experience.

What in the world! It’s after 6am in the morning and I call to place a to go order and the recording tells me they are not filling to go orders over the phone. I look on the website to see if I can order online but no link to place an order. I peek inside and see employees sitting at a table rolling silverware and the place is empty. I check back with the website and it says that the Waffle House is closed. Isn’t it 24 hrs? Isn’t 6am a proper time for breakfast? I’m confused. Somebody tell me what happened to Waffle House, please.
