We had a wonderful experience! Samantha, our waitress, greeted us with a smile and a warm kind greeting. She got our drinks and was on top of serving us the whole time as well interacting with my children; we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The food was DELICIOUS! And I’d recommend anyone to visit if you’re hungry for a hashbrowns, egg, cheese and bacon bowl. It’s so good! My kiddos got waffles with choc chips and they loved it!

Today I was craving chop steak covered with grilled mushrooms & onions, smothered in gravy. Hash Browns & Texas Toast on the side. That’s a dinner from back in the day. Waffle House doesn’t have it on its menu anymore. However, the Manager, John remembered it. He cooked it up special for me & it only cost $12 bucks! The Waitresses & the Servers were also very friendly & helpful. It was a very pleasant experience!

If you want an excellent server, make sure to have Mac take care of you! Absolutely no complaints on this guy! When we walked in, a server said she would have to clean a table for us, so we stood and waited forever, she never cleaned the table. Mac stopped what he was doing to take care of a table for my family. He is definitely a great worker, he stayed busy the entire time we was there. I never noticed him standing around and talking. He was back and forwards taking card of customers. We would definitely love to have him serve our family again!!!

I took my son and his friend to Waffle House, on Robinson Avenue, after the concert in Harlem Saturday night. When I say I am impressed with Mac, it is an understatement. He is so pleasant and respectful. I have never received this level of kindness from any server. Waffle House is beyond blessed to have such a kind soul in their store.

I called in an order for a single waffle while shopping in the dollar tree which is in the same parking lot as this Waffle House location. The employee took my order with my name and stated it would be a few minutes before the waffle would be ready. 20 minutes later I arrived inside the establishment the employee had no idea or reference for my order and said it would be a few more minutes before it would be ready. I Waited for another 15 minutes only for the waffle to be thrown by the cash register with no name or order to reference and the line was continuously growing. I walked out and left without even getting my waffle and it’s safe to say the lady’ taking the orders are overwhelmed unorganized and clearly need more help. The system here needs to be reevaluated they all seemed confused when taking orders over the phone and trying to wait on people that walked in. Please order at your own risk and visit if you have no where else to go. I only order a single waffle and I was alone and this was carry out I can only imagine the wait if I had more food.

the cook was very nasty after cooking my sandwich wrong took the bacon and thew it on the grill devin has a very bad attitude waited 35 mins for my food and normally at my local waffle house takes 12 mins …very inexperienced cook …resturaunt wasnt even packed cooks slow…and by the way my sandwich was dry and undercooked ….been eatinf at waffled house for 20 years amd this ia the worst cook i have come across…
