Stopped by the Waffle House on Lewiston Road and had an awesome experience. The place was clean, the food came out fast, and everything was cooked exactly how I ordered it. You can always count on Waffle House for consistency, but this location really stood out.
Big shoutout to Jacob, one of the servers there. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks stayed full without us even having to ask. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in what he does. That kind of service makes all the difference.
Great food, great atmosphere, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back!

Our waitress was AMAZING!! We have never stopped at a waffle house and felt so at home and welcomed as we did that morning!! We were traveling back home and had passed at least 7 or 8 other waffle houses but we wanted to sit and enjoy and not feel rushed or crowded and all the rest of the ones we passed were overcrowded. So glad we stopped!! The whole crew was awesome and made us feel welcomed!! They all also got along so very well. It’s like they all flowed together so we’ll and that says alot these days!!

We really like waffle house. I. Our trips to the states they are a solid point an the agenda.
And then we went to the waffle house in Grovetown. Which was the best waffle house we have been till now.
Great service, quality food, clean, tidy and not at all ragged down.
My wife wanted raisin toast. But it was not on the menu. When ordering I told the polite lady that my wife takes a waffle, because there is no raisin toast. “Of course we serve raisin toast, sweetie” was the answer.
Thank you for the great experience.

Sat down and ordered. Then we were told when we asked, after waiting 10-15 minutes that it was going to be another 15-20 minutes because of a large online order took place I front on two people infront of you.
Sadly I had my hopes up and my first and last visit to a waffle house. Menu was not impressive very basic. Rather have McDonald’s .

The food was AMAZING. My servers were fabulous!!! Management was the rudest I have ever seen. I understand being busy, however, screaming at your staff and rushing them does nothing. The cook was cooking the fastest he could, and they kept rushing everything. Management kept telling them to make food they already made which then made management mad because there were 2 of stuff. Complaining that there aren’t clean dishes when you keep yelling at the staff to do other things, I did not enjoy the atmosphere. I couldn’t even hear my husband over them screaming at their staff. HORRIBLE!!!

Every time I order crispy hashbrowns they burn my hashbrowns all the way up, cooking them completely through well done. Crispy don’t mean cook every strand of hashbrown well done, just a nice golden crisp evenly throughout without burning it up. Like what is this! So annoying. Definitely getting a remake! I knew I should’ve just had breakfast from sprint!

NO ONE is ordering crispy hashbrowns and expecting the cook to produce this. I wouldn’t dare serve this then had the nerve to add the cheese on top. I didn’t ask for shredded potato chips with cheese.

Common sense ain’t common because you believe these hashbrowns to be crispy and NOT burnt, you’re crazy.

UPDATE: Up to four stars for the last two trips I’ve made. Every time I’ve been, the staff have been very friendly and made the visit better.
Decent Waffle House and I would’ve given it four stars but for my wife’s BLT which had bacon very well past done. The other five people in our group had good food. I ordered the All Star and it was great. All the staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean.
