Waffle house doesn’t even deserve a single star. The service is terrible, they always take a long time and they charge a 28% not 20% fee for ToGo order. On top of the tip. Pay all that extra fees and cant even get my order right and get an attitude for telling them they got my order wrong.

What an amazing surprise. The food was excellent. My Mom and aunt had the ribeye medium well which was perfect. I had a medium double cheeseburger keto style. Everything was excellent. The exceptional part was the staff. They were upbeat, attentive, funny and very friendly. They doted on all the patrons and kept our glasses full. They wanted to know was everything cooked to order specs. It was indeed. The two staff members in the picture have 31 years combined experience at the chain. Kudos
