I’m to the point I want to scream. Ive ordered the exact same thing every time when I go to Waffle House for the past 8 years. I get 6 eggs over easy,
Double hasbrowns and toast. The past few times I’ve been getting what’s pictured instead of over easy and I always mention to make the whites done and the yolks runny. If cooks can’t cook 3 at a time and make sure the eggs are done the way the customer wants, do them one at a time. Now I’m at home having to just cook my own eggs.

Beware! Steer clear of this establishment. The staff & management are careless & disrespectful. They disrespected my coworkers with insults, even though my coworkers were being respectful & patient. The service was slow with an empty restaurant & 6 staff members on site. They forgot to serve us our food for nearly 10 minutes after it came off the grill which resulted in missing items on our order & our food being cold. We ended up canceling pur orders. The coffee cups they served us were dirty. We will not return to this location. I suggest you do the same if you care about the quality of your food. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Palmetto Waffle House is the Perfect spot for a quick breakfast. When I walked through the door the staff was very jovial. Okay the food, the scrambled eggs were hot and cheesy as well as the grits. I had the Cinnamon raisin toast which was perfectly toasted and lightly buttered. Paired that with the Orange Juice and it hit the spot. If ever passing through that area, stop by.

This is been the most terrible trip I’ve ever had to waffle House. I have visited all four waffle houses on the southside of Atlanta in Newnan the ones in Palmetto and Union City to be told every Thursday Friday Saturday night that they are closed. I do not have any issues Sunday through Wednesday to come and get food at 4 o’clock in the morning they have a Cook in a server inside the restaurants doors are locked shades are down this is not waffle house this is not what waffle house was in there’s never been this way this is unacceptable. I have waited three weeks for a phone call back from a unit manager a district manager or division manager and still have not received a phone call. I would know right now that Joe would be rolling in his grave by the way his company is being ran.
