Unorganized breakfast and staff service this morning. One bad seed named Victoria lost her composure and yelled throughout the entire restaurant about dirty dishes she had to clean in front of us at the dish pit/ counter where we were seated. On top of that they had a trainee working the counter during the busiest time of the day. No one took accountability or control of the situation they just kept taking orders and making them wrong. Neither of our orders were right and our check total was incorrect and had to be changed by the mgr Sam. This is Not the 1st bad experience here and we will take our business elsewhere.

Atmosphere is very unwelcoming!! They don’t speak or nothing when you walk in just look at you like you aren’t supposed to be there!! Needs to management and workers!! Or better training!! Changed my whole mood of eating there!! Can’t pay for for bad customer service!!

Truly enjoyed both the food and atmosphere! Our server Jamie was outstanding; definitely top tier. Low wait time, quick service, and our order came out hot and exactly as requested. Jamie is such a people person and provided excellent customer service. She deserves to be recognized as an elite server!

Not a good representation of the brand. Walked in for the first time, no one spoke. The manager was standing at the grill looking and didn’t say a word. The District Mgr was visiting in the picture and still no one said “hello.” They we’re busy chatting instead of being focused on their paying customers. The food was delivered and either the waffle had a hair on it or the knife that I spread it with had a hair on it…showed it it the server and she brought me another one. The Unit Manager was very obnoxious in his speech and actions. I won’t be back to this location. Disappointed…

I give this Waffle House zero stars because the service was terrible, we waited forever to get our drinks that we ordered as soon as we got here, I got my food and found a hair on my bacon egg and cheese biscuit and my wife has egg shells all throughout her eggs. 0/10 food place, would not recommend anyone to come here.

I usually don’t go into Waffle House expecting much, but this visit truly exceeded my expectations! Our server—Jamie, I believe—was absolutely phenomenal. I was in a rough mood when I arrived, but her warm smile and exceptional service completely turned my day around. She brought such a positive attitude that was impossible to miss. A true bright light and a fantastic experience! Thank you, Jamie for brightening my day.

Walked in to place a to go order.. there were approximately 4 tables occupied.. I was told just a second my order would be taken. I stood 5 minutes sat down 7 more minutes and my order still wasn’t taken by ABBY (who addressed me). She proceeded to assist every customer even down to cleaning tables and still didn’t take my order. My order was eventually taken by a woman that was off. She still didn’t address me or take my order. And yet the 10% extra charged for to go order goes to the terrible server. The seats and floors were dirty. The fact that I had two small children with me and was treated in this manner baffled me. There was even a man that came in 10/15 mins after me that was helped immediately. Worst service ever.. I hope the food is better than the atmosphere and service.
