Service is quick, staffing is short so they use door dash for delivery, first order was burned, manager resolved the problem quickly and professionally. Thank you for the great customer service and for the good pizza on the 2nd try.

Went home 20 miles with this after waiting 7 more minutes for them to remake a previously burnt cheese pizza. Got a medium instead of large I ordered, but didn’t want to wait . Didn’t know they eeee ALL BURNT!! Asked for 2 cups of marinara. Got marinara in this. Good thing it didn’t spill in my vehicle! Who does this??? I’m asking for a full refund tomorrow. Dinner ruined. Avoid at all costs.

Completely messed up my order and a long wait time. I waited for almost 20 minutes past the estimated pick up time, they didnt have the right flavor wings, I said that was okay, I would accept a different flavor, then was told they didnt make enough wings to make the flavor i wanted and they just gave me some they already had made up in the warmer, that I cant even eat. Okay, whatever. I get home and open my pizza to see that its completely the wrong pizza. Their prices are way too high to not get what you ordered. I paid $55 dollars and got 2 correct things of the 4 things i ordered, not to mention i paid extra for dipping sauce that I wasn’t given.

Forget trying to get it delivered. I live just outside the delivery area so can’t place delivery orders. I used to be able to door dash orders but now they cancel every order I place and then become temporarily closed for the rest of the night on door dash. I can order from every other place in Metter and have zero issues with delivery, even after Pizza Hut cancels order. They try to blame it on door dash but Pizza Hut is the ONLY place in town that cancels EVERY SINGLE order. They often don’t answer the phone either.

We ordered at 8pm Saturday night so we were ok with the 45 minute delivery time we got 2 medium pizzas and cinnamon buns. The actual delivery time was double that promised 45 min. My 14 year old daughter got the food from the driver and no cinnamon buns or explanation. We sat the pizzas down and the bottoms of the boxes are cold to the touch, my 4 year old is starving by now and whining as I call the store. The “Mgr” Timothy gets on and starts talking to me like I’m another customer he texted earlier to replace THEIR cinnamon buns they forgot…….he was rude when I asked how long until we can get OUR cinnamon buns replaced, another hour or so. I told him the pizzas are not up to par but my kids are hungry so can I just get a refund of just the buns we never got, he refused a refund for just the buns saying he had to get back the whole order that my kids are already eating. After dealing with these same issues from this store multiple times. Forgotten, cold, or improperly prepared food and bad customer service I didn’t want a credit to be forced to give repeat business.I had to keep the pizzas at 9:40 at night to feed my kids. Way to put a customer over a barrel there Timmy, force me to keep the cold food 1/2 missing or lose money literally paying you to be rude to me…. picture attached is what we had to eat for dinner it wasn’t even cut….

The staff at this restaurant is far from customer centered and I can assure you there will not be a 3rd visit. Update: 02/14/2022 – ordered online and when I got to the store, they acted like they knew nothing about the order, blah, blah, blah. How can this place stay in business. I said there wouldn’t be a 3rd return…shame on me.

So, we tried to get the special Pizzahut was promoting for Tuesday. It was $2.00 for up to 4 people per order for one topping personal pan pizza’s. My husband made the order online. And made our way to Metter. We arrived and within 5 to 6 minutes our order was ready…awesome right?…WRONG!! The pizza’s had NO cheese, only bread and VERY little sauce. A drop or two of the beef we ordered and that was it! My husband went back inside to ask if we can have what we ordered, and the guy took back the pizza’s to remake them. Awesome yes??….Great service….WRONG AGAIN….LOL The guy started remaking our order WITHOUT GLOVES. At that point, my husband just asked for his money back. (rightly so). I’m sorry but you don’t do customer’s orders like that in the food industry. Who knows if this guy just came from the bathroom, or he was on break…I don’t want to get Anyone in trouble, but I want to make people aware. Watch who’s making your food and Pray . Y’all take care!

I have ordered many times from Pizza Hut and had great food. Last night however, the pizza was terrible. There was barely any sausage and cheese on the pizza. When I arrived home, I was too tired to argue the point. This was about 6:00 PM on yesterday, 9/1/2021 in Metter, GA. The chicken was good and the cinnamon sticks were okay. This was definitely not prepared by staff who have been there a while…at least I would not think so. I used to order very regularly but stopped for this very reason. This is not cheap food, and customers should get the quality they pay for in services.

Pizza Hut in Metter needs to be shut down I called to place an order and they told me that they were out of pasta the wing machine was down and all they can cook was two types of pizza. Oh yeah, and they were out of Cinnabons that’s insane… why are you open again? 0 stars
