First Waffle House ever, went on a whim, lived up to the hype. Just moved from out of state, and the food is as good as or better than Denny’s back home. Service was WAY faster, hostess ladies were very sweet, took time to ask about my day, and were extremely welcoming/kind even though I was just a to-go order. Definitely eating here again.

If I could, I would of given this location zero stars. Went to waffle house this morning with my two friends. Just like any other time ordered our food and started eating. But as I was eating my grits, I found a hair in them. Which to a point even though it was gross. I understand things happen. So I waited to tell my waiter and started eating my eggs. Were to my surprise bit into something crunchy. Which I guess was egg shells and after all that I told someone I wanted to speak to a manager. They told the lady manager and we sat there waiting patiently for at least 15-20 minutes. She also kept saying she was coming and then as my friend called for her she yelled I am busy. Which I am an understanding person. It’s Sunday and you are busy but someone asked for you. Which in my opinion respectfully you should check and see what was going on. But even after finally getting her attention she yelled at me very loudly so everyone could hear and didn’t care that I had hair in my food or egg shells in my eggs. She told me tell your waiter and then after I tried saying something she said I got your meal you can leave. I would not recommend this waffle house to anyone. The management is rude and don’t care.

This is the best Waffle House in the area. Cynthia and everyone else there is awesome. Today I ate the best waffle house in my long life! Literally, of 1,000 times this was superb. Granted they weren’t packed but it went from great to superb!

Great service today from Christina. The food was fast and good. However, we
had a very hard time getting into the place as this 18 wheeler was literally blocking the entry and exit. Watched as several people, including myself, were forced to make uturns out of the entrance as they would not fit between the truck and the curb. Would not have been so bad except that they had plenty of room to back up and only had to go about ten feet back to prevent all the problems. One customer couldn’t even get out of her spot and had to wait for about 10 minutes. We even tried to help her back out of the spot. As she was struggling, the driver just stood at the truck and watched. After watching he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. It was really frustrating as the whole problem was completely preventable and caused some unnecessarily dangerous situations.
The plaza needs to be made more accessible to big rigs for certain but these guys could have acted better for sure.

Ordered 2 all stars with chocolate chip waffles and paid for extra chocolate chips. Not a single chocolate chip on our waffles. No butter. No jelly for the toast. They offered to give us the correct order but I didn’t want to drive 12 min back up there. So then I went to cut in to my waffle and there was this huge black thing in it. Looks like a melted chunk of grease and burnt food. So gross! Really disappointing.

The ambiance in this restaurant is much calmer and way more comfortable than any other WH we’ve been in. The servers don’t yell in your ear. They are friendly and attentive. Everything is cooked perfectly. Golden waffles and golden hash browns and hamburger was cooked just right. Ken gave us great service and I always had a full cup.

Friday around 2pm. In walks a family with their dog. Dog sits on booth seat and the family orders food. They grab the Waffle House silverware that was given to them and proceed to feed their dog at the table using the utensils we all eat off of. This dog was NOT a guide or helper dog! This health violation has been reported. Expect a visit from the State Health Officials. Not one Waffle House employee said a word to these hillbillies.

The food was 10/10. The waffles were amazing and the chocolate milk was really good. Only thing is that for ONE single waffle with some sweet tea was $7.25, when I had only $10. Then I had to leave a tip, so there goes my $10. I know there’s inflation and all that, but these prices ain’t it.
