Great customer service. And food was delicious. First time eating at a waffle house. I’m visiting from california. We don’t a have waffle house in california after eating here I wish we did.will be coming back before heading back home. Highly recommend this place.

Waitress was pleasant and kept our drinks refilled. The cheeses teak sandwich I got went to heaven because the cook cooked the hell out of it. The meat, onions and mushrooms were burnt.

They’ve screwed up every order I’ve ever ordered here. No cheese on hash browns as ordered and there are also onions in the hash browns that I did not order. Check their books, I bet they only make money after hours, and maybe on Sundays, because no other restaurants are open. The GA-20 location gets the orders correct and even go the extra mile. Spend the extra two minutes to go to the GA-20 location if you want your order done right.

I don’t know what happened! I’ve loved WH nearly all my life and food has ALWAYS been consistent no matter which location. This WH had issues on this day. Usually eggs for omelettes are prepped in the “milkshake” mixer and it wasn’t. The scattered hash browns were so over cooked that I could pick them up in one piece. Both orders. The server was very sweet and apologetic. Her name is Stella. She was great! We were so upset and hungry we didn’t leave her a gratuity. Just forgot and please forgive me Stella! I’ll be back soon to tip you my dear.

I have good memories of this restaurant but the staff has changed over the years. I had a bad experience just now. I went in on my lunch break and was meeting my husband and autistic daughter. She likes the booths as she is over-stimulated at the bar. I say down and waited as they were full. The employees never greeted me or asked about seating. Someone got up and right as they did a group of men walked in and they directed them to the table I was waiting on. We went elsewhere.

Had not been to Waffle House for a very long time. Stopped in after a late night show, and they did not disappoint. The food was delicious! That late night calorie laden, i don’t need this, but sure was some good eating! The service was great. No complaints.

Came in and sat down was sitting there for 15-20 minutes no one came up and greeted us or said anything to us aside from me and my fiancé there was only one other person in there it was not busy at all the workers completely went out of there way to ignore us would not recommend and absolutely will not be back!!!!!
