Jason was incredibly friendly and genuinely attentive throughout our entire visit. He checked on us often, gave us great recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated that he honored the military discount without us even having to ask. The food came out fast and was absolutely delicious. I had one of my best meals at Ruby Tuesday in Middletown, and a huge part of that was thanks to Jason behind the bar—he’s a Rock Star!
I went for the Ribs & Crispy Shrimp Combo (with the half-rack of baby-back ribs and those golden, perfectly crispy shrimp), and it was phenomenal. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, slathered in that classic Ruby Tuesday BBQ sauce that’s smoky, tangy, and just the right amount of sweet without being overpowering. Paired with the crispy shrimp, which were light, crunchy on the outside, juicy inside, and seasoned just right—no greasiness here. and everything came out hot and perfectly timed.
Jason made the whole evening special. He was super attentive, friendly, and had that great bartender energy—quick with refills, great recommendations, and just genuinely made me feel welcome even on a busy night. He kept things fun at the bar without being over-the-top, and his positive vibe really elevated the whole visit. From what I’ve seen in other reviews, he’s a standout and clearly a big reason locals keep coming back.
If you’re in the Middletown area craving solid American comfort food—great ribs, seafood, and steaks—hit up this Ruby Tuesday and ask for Jason at the bar. You won’t be disappointed. I will definitely be back next time we’re around!

Today, my wife and I decided to give Ruby Tuesday’s a try as we haven’t been to one in ages and never been to the Middletown, DE location. Can I say from the moment we walked through the door, Jason (our server/bartender) was exceptionally polite and attentive. He was very personable and noticed that he knew most of the patrons. The food was great and the drinks were made perfectly. Dessert was phenomenal. We will definitely visit again as the food was great and the atmosphere matched!

Mr. Jason really set the tone for tonight’s dinner at Ruby Tuesdays! The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. The food was CHEFS KISS – the bourbon glazed salmon and the cookie skillet were TOO GOOD! The restaurant was clean and the music was amazing! Back to Mr. Jason, he was INCREDIBLE! The most informative, welcoming, fun person to work at a restaurant in general. He had us laughing from the time we came in until the moment we walked out. He is such a great asset to the company!!!!!! We will be back every Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for him AND THE FOOD OF COURSE!

We came here tonight and met Jason! He was awesome! He told us about kids eat free night every Tuesday and signed us up for the app and we got a free dessert on our first visit. Then he told us about the happy hour special for amazing drink specials every day 3-6 $2 beers when we don’t have the kids with us! What an amazing guy and awesome deals!!!!
