Normally very good service. Tonight however was horrible. We went in about 9 pm. There was maybe two tables occupied and one at the bar. There were at least four employees on duty. We walk in and EVERY table was full of dishes and trash. We waited at a table to be cleaned so that we could sit down. One employee was doing dishes, one was getting water on the floor (to I assume mop), one was at the grill and then a forth came from the back and he too went to the grill. No one made any effort to get us into a booth. We heard from the lady doing dishes, ‘someone will be with you shortly’, but continued doing dishes. We stood at the table for quite sometime. I don’t know exactly how long we waited, but all employees saw us standing there and no one ever made an effort to get us seated. We just walked out. As stated, this is not typical, but tonight was horrible.

Ordered online at 10:35 pm. It said my order would be ready at 10:59. I walked into waffle house at 10:59 on the dot. I was told there was one ticket in front of my order so I sad down and began to patiently wait. After 15 minutes of waiting I was told it was being worked on. After having sat and watched people come in, eat, and leave I began to become upset with the service. Finally at 11:35 my order was handed to me.
After I got home to eat there were many things wrong with my order. No utensils, no apple butter for my raisin toast, I ordered and payed for a blueberry waffle and they gave me an original waffle, and the hashbrowns were burnt. I won’t be ordering from this waffle house in cartersville anymore.

I visited for breakfast to my favorite Waffle House and today’s crew started bringing my All Star Special one piece at a time. I told the waitress I wanted it all at the same time so it would warm when I ate. She didn’t apologize and told the cook my request. He proceeds to look at me shaking his head. I got up and left. I’ll never go back to this Waffle House!!! Horrible customer service!
