Waffle House, just like all the others. But this one has the best wait staff out of all the ones I have eaten at! Jennifer was our waitress and she was excellent! All of the food was tasty and properly prepared as usual. There are several places to choose from in Carrollton. This one should be at the top of your list!

Food was great! Service is awesome, I always like coming to this unit. The staff is friendly and very good at their jobs. Store is very clean. Overall ambiance is hometown goodness with a side of family to boot. Even when this place is packed you can bet you’ll still enjoy your experience! Kudos team waffle!

Did Waffle House change their beef patties? It was disgusting! Soy bean patty was nasty.. and patty melt? Does it not automatically come with onions? The server got loaded down and barely kept up.. I would have asked her, but I ate by the time she came back around……

Waffle House omelets are the best! Cheese steak omelet to. If you haven’t gotten a to go order, try it. They do a beautiful job of packaging. Ordered raisin toast, but got whit bread. A little disappointing, but they were slammed so I’ll live.

Was closed for some remodeling for the morning until 2 PM. They just pulled a car in the entrance. No sign or nothing. Several older folks walked across the parking lot only to find the door locked. A simple sign at the drive would have been considerate. Typically a good location.

I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese. I wanted them loose. Those were the best eggs I had ever had (except for mine, of course). Just to give credit where credit is due, William cooked the eggs.

Food was great, service was great, however as we were dining the cook behind the counter kept complaining that we were “too loud” and was yelling and laughing at us. She even said “I wish they’d leave so I could concentrate.” Very rude and unprofessional the entire time.
I also saw Bernadette scrape someone’s old and eaten leftover grits off a customers plate into the bowl of new grits to serve to customers. Absolutely disgusting and everyone behind the bar saw her and said and did nothing about it. Will not be back.

My first time at this Waffle House. They were extremely busy but I was able to sit at the bar since I was alone. Service was good considering. My only complaint was the serving of grits that came with my breakfast was very skimpy, just a couple of tablespoons. Maybe they were running low and rationing.

Usually eat at this location every Saturday night. Tried to grab a bite on Monday night. The service was horrible and the food was worse. Our waitress was so busy she didn’t have time to help anyone. The waitress for the other side of the restaurant apparently was having an anxiety attack and left the service area crying. Which left our waitress handling the whole restaurant by herself. The weekend crew are hands down the best they have.
