Great breakfast, great service! Came here yesterday at about 1 pm. Our waitress (black, petite, glasses, ponytail), I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, was excellent! She got our order perfect and came back to check on us several times. To the shift manager, please give her her flowers .

This Waffle House was so clean I have never been to one that was this clean. It wasn’t busy because it is Thanksgiving but I was very impressed. I will give this location a 5 star based on cleanliness. Good job keep up the good work. Oh yeah the food was good of course

Leaving out to head back to Florida and decided to grab some breakfast. This was the most clean waffle house I’ve been in. Everyone was friendly (Especially Kim). Great customer service! The food was delicious of course. I’ll definitely go back next time in in the area.

An elite Waho. The 2 employees they had working were splendid. Great service, great food. They stayed open (dining room as well) while there was “ice” on the roads. Great job by this waho.

Check your bag before you leave because they won’t. Ordered 2 all stars and didn’t receive waffles. Asked for 2 coffees while waiting and was charged 6 bucks for 2 tiny cups. The least you could do is offer drinks while I wait for your mistake. Do not recommend

Nakia was AN ABSOLUTE SAINT! She went above and beyond to help us enjoy our 1st trip to ATL and our 1st trip to WAFFLE HOUSE.. she guided us on what she liked, what others seemed to like, and of course letting us know they can make basically whatever we just had to ask! I want to start this Review off by saying service was 100 percent carter the customer. My mother told me when I was a child don’t believe in every thing negative you hear on the news and from the internet. A lot of unhappy cusomers really gave the Waffle House a bad name on social media. My experience at this location was wonder. All the employess was happy to service the customers with a postive attitude. I was highly impress with the chef cooking performance. Our meal was done extremely quick. I order steak, eggs with cheese and Grits. My wife Oder A fresh waffle eggs and sausage. My waitress was very professional, welcoming and pleasant. She did an outstanding job serving us. I also spoke with the manger Jenelle to give positive feedback on this location. The full staff is wonder, it really takes team work to make the dream work. I will definitely return back to this location when I arrive back in the south.

I just watched the young lady behind the counter Nana or whatever her name was be extremely rude to a young lady who was only trying to purchase her dinner. The woman was clearly twice her age and knew exactly what she was talking about but for some reason, Lady behind the counter, wanted to be argumentative and then turned it around on the customer. Not to mention the Cook coming from the back And just blurting out that she can go to another waffle house when she did nothing wrong. I normally try to give a business two tries before I just sever all ties with them. This particular waffle house that is located off of Lavista Road is horrible. I know what people are going to say. The waffle House is notorious for unprofessionalism, bad customer service etc.. that is neither here nor there. First thing first I encountered was that no one said hello or can I take your order? I waited maybe about 3 to 4 minutes before somebody acknowledged me and the only reason why they acknowledge me was because a man walked up to pay and I said something like hey I was here first. A polite, older woman finally took my order because she saw my frustration I ordered a Texas patty melt with hashbrowns ham and cheese. My order was done, and the waitress saw that there was no ham on the hashbrowns that I paid for so I watched her tell one of the cooks this order needs some ham what they did next totally shocked me they got a piece of ham and chopped it up. ( it wasn’t the cute small pieces of ham that they normally put on there )Put it on the grill for maybe about 20 seconds and then put it on top of my hashbrowns. I could list all of the unprofessional waitresses names in there as I looked at their name tags, but I will allow life to handle them I have attached photos of my food so you can see how the hashbrowns looked

Update: My child and I went here on December 30th, 2025. Tracy was the best server. Jala and Julian were very friendly as well. We were there for lunch this time. The food was great! I spent $25 including tip.
