Probably one of the top 3 restaurants in WNY. The food, drinks, and service are always on point. Our server Jared was very knowledgeable about the menu and explained every question we had with great detail. There are no bad choices on this menu from the appetizers to the dessert. Go here NOW!

Went here for dinner with my cousins. Im not a drinker but they did have nice selection of wines and cocktails for my family. The menu is smaller but the food we did have was outstanding. I highly recommend the French onion soup and stuffed peppers. The atmosphere is a tad loud but that cannot be helped as the resturant and bar are busy. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

It was nice. Nothing was awlful. Food was fresh, cooked great. Wine and drinks were excellent…. Waitress was not helpful about wine selection, couldn’t, wouldn’t, didnt. Gluten free, they offer the Gf pasta but there were only a couple pasta/ sauce options for my companion. she was looking forward to trying their carbanara sauce but had fillet and wedge salad instead, steak was perfect salad was ok, dressing meh. Lobster linguine was meaty and satisfying, just ok though. It was a nice experience but for the price point, not so much.

My husband and I visited Lucia’s for the first time to celebrate our 16th anniversary. Walking in the restaurant was bright and full of light from the windows. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were seated immediately (we had a reservation). I ordered the lemon drop martini which was refreshing and easily the best lemon martini I’ve ever had. My husband, looking for a dry red wine, ordered a glass of the driest red, at the recommendation of the server, which he said was delicious. He ordered the Tomahawk steak which he loved and said was perfectly cooked. I got the blackened chicken risotto. This may have been one of my favorite dishes I’ve ordered in a restaurant – I’m still thinking about it a day later. I highly recommend Lucia’s for great service and an amazing meal.

Lucia’s On The Lake has a beautiful atmosphere and a great setting right by the water. The service was good and the staff was attentive throughout our visit. The food was okay for the price, not bad, but not outstanding either. You’re definitely paying more for the atmosphere and views, which is fair because the location really is the highlight. Overall, a nice spot for the ambiance, just don’t expect the food to completely wow you.

This was my first time dining here ever, which is wild considering I’ve lived in Hamburg almost my whole life—I must have been living under a rock! We had a later reservation, so the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting when we arrived. The staff was friendly right from the moment we walked in, and I noticed the owner actively overseeing the restaurant, which I think is so important in the food service industry. It really shows care for both the staff and the business.
Our server, Jared, was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. We started with the French onion soup and it was AMAZING—made with Gruyère instead of the usual provolone or Havarti, which made all the difference. The cheese pull was unreal! The bread with the dip sampler was also a great touch—super cute and delicious.
I ordered the blackberry St. Germain cocktail and it was just as impressive. For my entrée, it was hard to choose because everything sounded so good, but I went with the lobster truffle ravioli and added three scallops with the pomegranate glaze. Every bite was spectacular.
Overall, an incredible experience—I will definitely be back!

I called in December 2025 to make reservations for Valentine’s Day 2026 as I was aware you book up fast. Our reservations were at 6:00pm and we arrived 5 min early and were seated right away. Much to our surprise we were escorted, all the way to what we would call the patio with rattan high top chairs and marble tables, with no more than 5 tables and window bar seating. The restaurant has linen table cloth tables with nice padded chairs which we did not have the pleasure to dine on. We have to say the waiter/bartender was very attentive during our meal. At the end of our meal I stopped at the hostess station and spoke to a manager about our concerns. She advised me I should have said I wanted the dining room, but I explained I had no idea there was an area other than the dining room for dinner to ask for, as I did this over the phone and not online. Normally a restaurant will ask if you are ok with the patio area but that was never asked. When you secure reservations over 2 months prior to an event you would think you would get the main dining room with the linen table cloths and padded chairs. I am not sure what my early reservation got me when again I got rattan chairs at a high top marble table. The manager advised next time I should specify where I want to sit, but I can safely say there will be no next time. This was supposed to be a nice romantic dinner for us, but clearly sitting in the bar/patio area we could have done anywhere.

Hi. Wow. What a wonderful meal and the service was amazing. We came in for a quiet dinner. However, we were seated next to a party of 20 in the middle dining room. We literally sat on their backs……at a small table for two. It was so loud we, a party of two, were not able to talk without shouting and having to repeat everything to each other. We felt like we were at a pub for dinner it was so loud. The noise was like a 9/10. A lady from another table came over to talk to us about the noise level and their disappointment with it being so loud too. Consider the impact a large loud party like that has on the rest of that dining-room. You would think a party that size should reserve the side dining room so others can still enjoy a quiet evening, with great food, great service and each other in the main dining room. We were very disappointed and left with dessert to go instead of staying to enjoy it with some coffee. For such an exquisite restaurant, high class menu and higher prices for great quality food, we expected a quiet, elegant atmosphere in the dining room. Thank you.
