I ordered online at first and my order came back wrong. The manager noticed it and called me personally to make things right. When I went in person I was highly satisfied. The restaurant was clean, my food was made quickly and correct. The servers were really nice and accommodating. I’m glad I came back, and will be back again!

Easy access near the Windy Hill light. I left the one on Powder Springs Rd. in Marietta since no one would take my to-go order. Austell & South Cobb is closed, so I headed to this South Cobb, Smyrna location. Excellent customer service! Dominique took my order right away and was very friendly. Food was fresh and hot all the way back home, and delicious. Lively busy atmosphere. This is where I will come from now on whether it’s to-go or dine in.

Atmosphere was cozy. Very busy. Food was good, but had to wait awhile on our waffles, they were forgotten. Staff was nice and friendly to say the least. Lots of interactions between staff and customers. A+ for that. Clean facility, only 1 young black female cleaned the same spots 3 times while we were there. Over all it was ok. Just kept forgetting our items.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Waffle House today. I came in to place a to-go order, and the young lady told me it would take about 10–15 minutes. I agreed and waited patiently for around 20 minutes. During that time, I noticed a new customer come in, place a dine-in order, and receive their food before mine.
When I politely asked about my order, the young lady scrambled to look for my ticket and then admitted she couldn’t find it. It turns out she never even gave my order to the cook. At no point did she update me or apologize until I asked.
This level of service is very disappointing and unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue so that other customers do not experience the same frustration.

This has to be the worst Waffle House around. This time, we did to-go order. First, there were two extra charges – “Togo service fee” and a “Togo service charge” totally $5.00. There are no signs or anything to let you know about this. We get home, the grits are in a waffle container, which has holes in the lid for ventilation. So they spilled out the top, and they were cold, watery, with a glob of cheese in the middle. They could not provide any to-go utensils either. This Waffle House continues to provide awful service. There is one off East West Connector that’s always awesome, just drive over there.
