The service was okay. The young lady took my order at 1017pm. Never asked my name for my order nothing. Multiple cars already in the parking lot. Ppl waiting for orders. I’m an Emory employee around the corner at the hospital. I have work 11p Stop in to order food and the inside was closed. I waited, waited, and waited. During my wait the 4 employees called 3 orders that was waiting in parking lot. Finally I got out my car at 10:42 pm. Knocked on window the get employees attention. The young lady signal for me to wait a few mins. Ppl standing around too order and others in parking lot waiting for orders. They talking inside the restaurant not pushing order out correctly. I witnessed 4 ppl drive off. Another young lady was waiting for an Uber eat order and she said she had been there 20 mins or more just waiting as well. She Knocked on window for employee too come too window she came with and attitude. So the cook himself came and asked what was the problem. He tried to rectify the problem. He offered me a refund for my long wait and still gave me my food. I thanked him. Food was over cooked and hash brown was burned. Not a good look.
I was disgusted and my time was wasted.

However better customer when it comes to taking orders and listening to the customer. Not catching an attitude because the (order taker screwed up the order). Accuracy and Communication is key and this location lack all of that.

Personal favorite when I’m in town. Can’t go wrong with a fresh hot breakfast. Grits always cooked to perfection. I like them creamy and thick with cheese. Bacon fried nice and crispy. Waffle always hits the spot.

I was greeted by a very nice young lady, the place including the grounds was very clean, I ordered a cup of coffee regularly size and was a bit shocked at the price of $3.00 , I ask once was told that to go orders has added taxes, so sucked it up to satisfy my urgent crave.

So….I visited Waffle House on Panola Road on Sunday. I ordered one thing , hash browns smothered covered capped and diced and this is what I got….. severely burned. I was charged for each topping which is expected but I received maybe two diced pieces of tomato maybe three mushrooms……it was just bad. So when I returned it and showed it to the cashier who took my order she asked “what’s wrong with it.” I said look at it. She said you only get one piece of cheese….i said yeah thats fine BUT LOOK AT IT. This location is trash. Avoid them if at all possible.

They had a problem with identifying with who is the customer what is a customer and who is paying who for service. This woman just simply refuse to curb her attitude and it makes her the WORST host EVER she has a cynical smirk when she deal with the public I’m realizing that public is how she makes her money when she doesn’t really care. I just simply will not EVER eat at the WAFFLE House anymore.
