I went in to grab something before I go to work. Just to waste my time. They tried to scam me on pricing just now. I ordered the All Star meal ($12) and requested the meat be subbed for extra raisin toast. Jade says she’ll ring me up when it’s done. That’s no problem, until she comes to ring me up and tries to charge me $24. Talking about since I didn’t get the meat it’s not an All Star so she had to ring it up as something else, and that’s the total because of it. I said, I only requested the meat to be subbed out for raisin toast. How is that not the All Star? How does that equal double the price? Why wouldn’t you state that before putting in my order, and having me waste the little time I had before work to grab dinner? Mind you her coworker just kept walking by behind her and didn’t even offer to assist her. Then when I was leaving out they came waking up to her to discuss it with her. Poor customer service all around.

The food and the service are absolutely solid, so you can come out and order with confidence. The only downfall is that it’s too small for the demand. Come out on a Saturday morning and you’ll likely be waiting a bit for a table.

Well, this place has a real master grill guy. Tyler, and the customer service Marie and marcy. What a great team. The service from the ladies was above the expectations and the food Cooked the.way I ordered. Honestly, 5 stars well deserved. These guys make me feel like home. I always like waffle House when I travel. I ate at the waffle house on Keith bridge rd today. I know they are usually noisy but today there was a waitress who was slamming dishes and going out of her way to be as annoying as possible. I could not finish my breakfast as she was so loud and annoying. Will not eat there again.

Nine was great! literally the nicest and kindest down to earth person. what WASNT nice was the other 2 working with him, literally ignored us and basically seemed like we weren’t his problem. Other server was busy tending to a table, and cook and other girl didn’t even acknowledge us, just looked at us and ignore. Could’ve at least asked for drink orders. Shame Nine has to tip share with those other 2. He deserves much more praise.
