Horrible experience. We went to the Waffle House at 531 Canton Highway on Sunday around 2pm. It wasn’t busy at all. There were 3 other tables occupied. Our waitress was inattentive. It took her 3 trips for 5 drinks. We had our food and sat waiting for her to come back around in order to ask for silverware. In fact, we had to yell for her in order to get her attention. The grits were lumpy and cold. They were thick and gross. The waffles were burnt and hard. Now we did want one order of bacon burnt (my husband likes it that way) but we sent the other 2 orders back inorder to not get burnt bacon but it still came back burnt. We were unable to eat it. No refills. The waitress sat for half of our meal on the opposite side of the restaurant. We got 3 waffles but we had to again get her attention in order to syrup. We spent $48 for food that wasn’t worth it. Then when I tried to call to store to let them know what happened it wouldn’t go through. It just kept saying we no longer take to go orders over the phone. It was a very bad experience. I would not recommend this location.

It was a typical Waffle House… except the atmosphere was just a Manager and employee conversation. The managers use of the F word in his general conversation was inappropriate before the customers. Not exactly a family friendly environment for the kids and others in the store. Wish the conversation could’ve been as good as the food.

Love this location! The older woman that works mornings is very kind and takes my order with enthusiasm. The only issue is that getting out of this parking lot in the afternoon is HORRID in canton traffic! Besides that, if you come when the street isn’t packed then it makes the trip so worth it.

Have always gotten great food, and today’s hashbrowns were the best I’ve ever had. The waitress said these were potato chip crispy. AMAZING!! They use fresh eggs for the scrambled eggs.

Great waffle house! Burgers were just a smig salty tonight but the blueberry waffle and breakfast sandwich was delicious! Lincoln was our server and he was quick, kind, and paid attention to detail. Great job!

Guys it’s waffle house. As if you need any sort of introduction. You drive, you sir, you eat. The food is good but never great. And I absolutely love it. You want breakfast? They have it. Are you hung over? They can help with that. The food has always tasted the way it’s ever tasted and that is perfectly fine. It’s always open, there is no dress code, and you leave in a better condition than when you arrived. Anyone tells you otherwise is a demon.
