This is my first time eating at a Chipotle restaurant, not really a Mexican restaurant but since am here well might as well try it. I was surprised how tasty it is, I can’t make myself call it Mexican but it is tasty. It’s like Brad Pitt playing Pancho Villa. Can’t make sense of it but you still go watch. Well all I can say is I will definitely be coming back. I had the chicken burrito and it’s delicious!

The customer service is truly lacking. I have asked for a quesadilla with fajitas and chicken and they keep forgetting one or the other. My 3 tacos have become a one sided quesadilla.

Chipotle is a good place to grab some fresh food in a very casual restaurant. I like their drink offerings, especially the fresh watermelon line agua fresco. For kids, there’s a plain quesadilla with chips to satisfy the little ones in your party. I’d recommend Chipotle to anyone who likes fresh ingredients and tasty salads, bowls or burritos

This place keeps getting worse and worse… the crew with a guy names Andrew … a smaller thin female that wears glasses and a heavyset female white were working. It wasn’t busy at all… I’ve gone to chipotle’s where their lunch or dinner rush is 50 customers and they keep the place CLEAN. This location is garbage… I saw the male drop rice from a bowl and he just grabbed it and shoved it back into the rice heat pan… they kept spilling the meats… toppings and kept making food over the mess or picking up the nasty food outside the pans and throwing it back in. After I watched one of them not change out gloves after cleaning something outside the line and then using same gloves to make food and charge and go back .. we left. If anyone gets sick from 04/12/25 … I have all the videos you need

The staff here hate their jobs. There’s no other explanation for this disgrace. Even though it wasn’t usually busy, I waited 20 minutes in a line of 6-7 people. When it was my turn, they said they didn’t have white rice and it would take 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes, and they were still telling new customers 10 minutes. Then they brought some white rice from the back, but it was really very little. I waited half an hour for nothing and paid for this terrible service.

We finished a 4-mile hike. Our personal reward is going to Chipotle after the hike. I wanted to share how welcoming the crew at this location was. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed and our food was ready withing minutes. Wow! I really was surprised with this crew and wanted to let others know what an excellent Chipotle location this one is.
We sit outside with our little dog and enjoy the patio area. The restaurant, large patio area and bathrooms are very clean. The condiments section is fully stocked and ready for all customers.

Chipotle in Valencia was awesome! They have excellent food and they are very busy. We got the chicken burrito with fajitas and chips. Great prices and nice quantity of food.
I always ask for extra spicy. Chipotle is one of the only restaurants that really have spicy salsa. Wow, it was great.
Look at the photos. The fajitas were well cooked and caramelized.
When we got there around 8pm there was a line. The burritos were ready in about 7 minutes. While we were eating. The line grew to over 15 people. It was constant for some time.
This Chipotle is very busy and I can understand why.

Don’t dare to eat outside. Well, eat outside if you like the company of mice and rats.
Tables were pretty dirty inside and outside (well this made the mice very happy).
Keep an eye on the portions when ordering, they will serve you the least amount of food as possible.

You would be hard pressed to find reviews from me that are this harsh. Someone needs to train the 2 guys on the serving line (if they’re even redeemable) or rehire people who can render courteous and attentive customer service. They mumbled, spoke to fast, insulting and dismissive. I’ll speak for myself, not for the others in our party of 10 (4 orders) who were also insulted. As we enjoyed the delicious food, it was laughable, recounting the debaucle with these inept young men “serving” customers. I’ve been to other Chipotle locations and had a good experience, but I’m not proficient with “Chipotle jargon”. There’s a “limited time” carne asada, pictured on the menu. I asked if that was a bowl. He said “no” but do you want a bowl? When I said I want whatever is on that picture, to which he said, “That’s just a picture, so you want a bowl?” Their dismissive tone persisted down the line. We decided our experience was reminiscent of being the new kid in junior high. Don’t worry guys, we won’t be back.

The entire store is disgusting. The tables are completely uncleaned, and the cutting boards and utensils are filthy. Even the packaging box was given in a dirty condition. I will never go back.
