Service was very good. And a pleasant surprise was in store. Ordered a two egg breakfast, eggs over easy. The yolks broke, so the cook made two good ones, but still gave me the two broken ones rather than toss them. That was so nice not to waste them! And they made my breakfast t-bone exactly the way I like it, a nice medium rare. My wife’s was a very nice medium well. This was for our yearly visit to Atlanta.

I am so frustrated, I ordered a chicken sandwich and got beef!!! Against my religion. If I hadn’t opened my sandwich before taking a bite, I would’ve consumed it. This location is closest to my house and this is the second time it happened. I never write reviews,but this is too much! I just suggest everyone to please check their food before consuming it. Also when we went back to get it exchanged, they made the order incorrectly and burned it.

Twice now, I have gone there and immediately, upon entering, NO GREETING i.e. “is this dine in or take out or where would you like to sit. 2nd time I went I sat myself after no one greeted or suggested where I sit. After sitting for 10 minutes (mind you, they were not busy at all) and no server asking/speaking to me, I got up and left!

I wouldn’t rate this place a one but If I wanted to do a review a rating was required. The young lady that was working the cash register was rude very unprofessional I asked for an extra syrup and she said they are only allowed to give out one per waffle. She didn’t even give me the option to buy more, her attitude was nasty. Just poor customer service, it’s not my fault you don’t want to be at work you shouldn’t take it out on the customer’s. I definitely won’t be back at this location.

Cleanliness was a question. The guy mopping the floor went straight from mopping to serving food without washing his hands . Made us Wonder. I need a hand washing sink up front so we can see people washing their hands who are serving or cooking

Today was our first time here. There were only four or five customers in the restaurant. No one paid any attention to us. We told them twice that we were ready to order, but they just ignored us. The service attitude was very poor. Every waiter had no smile. It was a very bad experience. I will never go back here again.

My husband and I went there on Sunday for brunch. You could tell that the cooks were getting irritated with the waitresses because they didn’t have it quite together however, our waitress destiny was exceptional. She was so very polite when she saw we had trash on our table she would come get it immediately. She would ask us if we needed anything. How was everything. Being in a restaurant that is already going to seem crowded since it’s small the music doesn’t need to be as loud from the jukebox. It was not relaxing to eat with it blaring like it was. Again, I want to emphasize that destiny was an exceptional waitress. And the cooks did a really good job on the food, especially for how hard it is to keep up with the orders being shouted from different directions. They did a wonderful job.

Normally the experience is pleasant but for some reason this morning it wasn’t so nice. This women refused to say good morning, would you like anything or what are you ordering. I walked in the cooler greeted me she was on a call. When she hung up I stood at the front and she went to have a seats I assumed she was coming back never came back to take my order then as I was leaving the cooked asked her was she gonna take my order and she didn’t move until I walked out the store that’s when I grabbed this phone of her. I don’t need a free anything Waffle House, but her job is taking orders and I don’t think she likes this job so much unfortunately
