I ordered a sandwich and 6 chocolate chip cookies. My meatball sandwich was sour and gross!!!! The cookies i got were not chocolate chip and the random cookies I got were hard as a rock! This was a dash order so I didn’t know this was the store they were getting the order from. So this is my 2nd complaint.
The first time the lady making sandwiches was non compliant with health and safety issues.
This location does not care about customer satisfaction…

So I’m not one of those people to complain especially being I ordered food in a gas station. But this particular location has never disappointed before until today
We ordered 3 sandwiches
On one the bacon was left uncooked and the lady tried to argue with me over this matter but I’ve worked subway before not a single soul ever ordered a sandwich with bacon and said leave it as is if they ask for bacon you cook the bacon separately and then add it to the sandwich if they request the entire sandwich to be un toasted
My sandwich was listed to be toasted and it wasn’t, the bread was smashed on one end, and the cheese was stuffed in the crease so each bite was just cheese and bread what the actual hell

Put an order online and immediately got a text that my order was modified or canceled but they took the money out of my account and they wouldn’t refund me so I hope who ever that was working there liked my sandwich that I paid for. Very sad cause I love subway but this one absolutely sucks no help what so ever

The sandwich was fine . The service, eah, was ok. The person who served us was fine, not overly anything. We were not greeted but served. The subway is in a convenient store with it, which was ok as well. It was clean and well stocked. There were a few tables to eat at if u wanted to.

The hours say they are open until 10… pull in and the open sign is lit… walk that direction and notice it doesn’t look so open. Lowest point was the employees had the audacity to say they close at 9 even though it was 5 til 9, every chair was on the tables already, and the counter was completely empty. Seems like I would have been out of luck even if I showed up at 15 til or maybe earlier. So much for the great customer service and we should give them another try. I am officially one try and done. Turned out fine though… I just had to go a little out of my way to the deli across the highway and had a much better sandwich.

Don’t let the fact that this Subway is inside a gas station fool you. The ladies who work here take pride in their job and they put together some delicious sandwiches! And guess what? When they run out of cookies at dinner time, they make more. None of this “sorry we’re out of your favorite cookie. Yeah we know we’re open for another 4 hours, but we’re not going to make any more” nonsense. I’m so glad we have a good Subway near us because it’s one of the only places my family can agree on when we can’t agree what’s for dinner.
