Came here on 12/20/2025 at 7:00pm and it wasn’t busy at all. Only one other person was there. Our waitress was Summer, she immediately took our order and we thought it was going to be great service. Well it went down hill pretty quickly. She brought our waffles, no butter, no syrup. The toast came with no jelly, grits came with no butter. Then we never got refills. There was four of us and everyone had sweet tea and one had coffee. We had to get her attention and asked her for refills. She came back with a coffee and one sweet tea. My husband looked at our kids and said well I guess we all share one drink. And she rolled her eyes. I made a comment about needing syrup for our waffles and jelly for the toast and butter for the grits. We never received it. I took a picture of the restaurant to show it was empty. When my husband told her about the refills, she went to the girl who was cooking and starting whispering stuff about us because they both started staring at us. Then she pulls her phone out and starts texting on it. Then her and the cook started talking about some guy. She could care less about seeing if we needed anything. So we didn’t finish our food, because it wasn’t even enjoyable at that point. We just wanted to go. So because of all this we didn’t tip her at all. The service was horrible she talked about us right in front of us. We asked for tea, syrup, jelly and butter. Never got anything and we were literally the only customers. What a horrible experience

One girl took my order, I paid for it and she forgot to make my then told me, she gets air head about things like that she did 30 other things and I kept looking at the waffle iron and she saw me looking at it and nothing rang a for her ♀️ ♀️ she was really nice though.

This Waffle House was a bit slack today. We placed a to-go order and the food seemed old, and there was no butter or any extras included. It also wasn’t busy at all, so I was surprised by the lack of attention to detail. Usually have better experiences here, so hoping this was just an off day.

Terrible service. Sat there for 20 minutes and nobody ever came to us. Incredibley rude to us and they did not respect us. We came to Waffle House on 544 and they were SO awsome. Omg. Great jokes. Amber, Micheal, And Casey was AMAZING.

If you are going to live in the south, you have to visit a Waffle House. I’m not saying they are the best, they are just iconic. A symbol of breakfast and lunch (unknown to some) done simple and reasonable. The laminated, two side menu offers a limited options of breakfast bowls, hash browns, eggs, sides and yes, waffles. Just don’t be asking for pancakes. Lunch offers even less with a few Angus burgers and/or Texas melts. Most seating is wrapped around the cooking area so servers can sling your order right to you from the grill. Otherwise, booth seating lines the walls. Debbie was our server and she was personable and professional, bringing our drinks and food out in a timely manner. The cook this morning was spot on with my sausage, egg, cheese, hash brown bowl. Smoking hot, crispy hash browns nicely topped with melted American cheese, a good heaping of cooked, crumbled Jimmy Dean sausage and scrambled eggs. Food fills the belly but doesn’t empty the wallet.

Went here at roughly 2:30 AM on a beautiful weekend night a few months ago, busy night as you could expect from a Waffle House close to college bars on a weekend. Watched a young Conway local call some guy a racial slur, they went out in the parking lot and the guy who got called the slur got a 10 foot running go and Superman punched the other kid out in the parking lot. All I saw was the kids feet pointing up as the rest of him was blocked from my view by a window poster. Great experience
