Went to that pizza hut on 42nd then came to this pizza hut on west University.
And both stores wouldn’t take our orders because they were behind on there orders.
The store on University said sit down when im done making the 10 pizzas I have to make i will see if I have time to make a pizza.

The food was fine, but I’m giving one star because they added an extra tip to my total without my permission. I double-checked my receipt and bank charge, and the amount didn’t match what I authorized. That’s unacceptable — customers should be able to trust their payment is handled honestly. This is why people should check their receipts. I spoke with the shift manager when I found out, Marcos, and he ensured me the Regional or District Manager would reach out. It’s been 2 weeks, and I haven’t heard a thing.

This establishment provided a disappointing experience. We ordered a taco pizza, which, to our surprise, arrived with red sauce instead of the expected beans. My husband twice attempted to rectify the error, but the employee was uncooperative and insisted the order was correct. The pizza lacked the customary toppings of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, featuring only meat and cheese, with a minimal amount of lettuce added as an afterthought. Upon my husband’s return, I contacted the establishment to address these concerns. The manager or gentleman I spoke with was impolite, placed me on hold for an extended period of 20 minutes, and subsequently disconnected the call. This level of customer service and the demeanor of the staff suggest a disregard for customer satisfaction.

I ordered three items off of the $7 menu. Medium pizza, double order of breadsticks, and an order of cheese sticks. All for $30, pretty good price considering it’s delivery. The food was excellent, the delivery was extremely quick and friendly. Overall great experience. Thanks!

I ordered my food at 8:30 and didn’t receive it until almost midnight It was cold by then so i refused to take it at 10 when I called back to the store they said they were supposed to send out that order on them fresh and it never arrived I waited all night for my order that I never received the driver said he got lost so where was my fresh order that was supposed to. Have been sent out it ridiculous and I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone at the store now all of a sudden, update I showed up after repeating no answer on phone and manager and her daughter attacked me and her daughter bit my finger after they said my son opened my car door hitting there’s remind you he’s only 5 years old cops showed up they both went to jail…. This is exactly why dominos is superior. I haven’t ate Pizza Hut in years and we decided to get the new one with the cheesy bites as crust and this is how it came, after waiting an hour and a half a for a cold pizza and chopped to hell. I’ve been a regular customer at this Pizza Hut location, but after today, never coming back. I placed an order for a jalapeño pepperoni pizza and instead of being baked into the pizza, the jalapeños were just tossed on raw after the fact. It completely ruined the texture and taste.
I called the store and was initially told they would replace it. Fair enough — mistakes happen. But when I tried calling back to confirm a replacement, no one was answering the phone. After multiple attempts, I decided to just go up there myself.
When I arrived, I was met by extremely unprofessional employees who were casually saying “bro”. I asked to speak to a manager, hoping for some resolution, but instead, I was met with more disrespect and a flat-out refusal to replace the pizza — even though one of their own employees had already offered to do so over the phone.
I’ve let plenty of mistakes slide in the past and never complained, but this time I felt I was completely within reason to ask for a remake. I spent my money and got a poorly made pizza and attitude in return.
Pizza Hut really needs to train their staff on customer service and basic professionalism. Very disappointing experience. I’m glad I went in person because the place is also filthy just confirmation I don’t need to be ordering there again.
