Hey..food and service here was great…prompt service no wait…it was early in the AM on a Wednesday morning….I had bacon patty melt plate with double hashbrowns cover and smothered. Cook was very generous with the hashbrowns…check the pic.

The morning crew on 8/2 was great. They greeted every guest that came in and seemed to work very well together. I appreciated the friendly service from Yo Yo. I rarely comment on chain restaurants but wanted to acknowledge the great breakfast experience I had here.

Walked in and there were two employees walking back and forth as we waited for someone to acknowledge us.
Finally after five minutes or so, a server got up from the corner of the counter where she was eating and took our order. She went back to eating and not once did she ask if we wanted more coffee etc
The two individuals cooking and a young lady that appeared to be new were the only ones that seemed to care about their job. I will never return yo this Waffle House. A bad attitude has no place when you work with the public.

Always a issue with service. Attitudes when being serve and takes forever to be waited on or acknowledge to place order. Due to employees talking or playing in phone. One employee made a comment of not caring if anyone called Corp. on her. Order the Steak and eggs and the steaks we got weren’t good and look half the size it usually be. Bad experience overall.

Had to order at the windows no problem there but when the young lady appeared and opened the windows I said clearly Good Morning she said nothing then she says to me what can I get for you again I stated Good Morning she then looks at me I say my goodness I said Good morning she said it ain’t No good morning! I then proceed to order I stated my order clearly I had to then ask after she called it back did you not hear me I wanted extra then with an even more agitated attitude she corrected my order I carry an Epi pin and when I order something I have to have it just so she made me feel like I couldn’t trust my order and she e was so unpleasant

I recently visited the Waffle House and had a very disappointing experience. When we pulled into the parking lot, we were the only customers, and there were five team members present. We saw one customer leave, and yet, it wasn’t until we pulled up that they decided to put a sign out saying they stopped taking customers at 9 p.m. It was around 10:30, and they made us order at the window and wait outside while they prepared our meal.
What bothered me most was that they clearly saw us pulling in but didn’t make any effort to show us the courtesy of allowing us inside, especially since we were their only customers at that time. Instead, they stood at the window waiting to see if we would come up to the window to order, without any acknowledgment or offer of kindness. It felt disrespectful and arrogant.
I’ve always thought of Waffle House as a place where customers are treated with respect, but this experience was far from that. I sincerely hope the team takes this feedback to heart and considers how they treat their customers in the future.

We had never been to a waffle house. I struggle with giving this many stars but I did because the staff was super friendly and the service was very excellent. But the food…ehhh… the burger tasted like steak um. My husband also hated the burger. The hash browns were not quite right either. The waffles were good. No offense to the amazing staff but that was our 1st time and last time at a waffle house. The selection of food is limited, just plan on getting a waffle. The other great thing was the price. In our 7 days of vacation and all the places we ate this place was by far the cheapest.
