I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for well over 3 years seeing as I live in the area, not once have I experienced such terrible service such as laughing and smiling to my face about forgetting my 2 large fries I ordered ahead of time seeing as I was working all day to then sit in drive through for 10 mins all for them to forget my fries, which I definitely didn’t notice until I got all the way home because like I said In the beginning I’ve never experienced this till today, I can say I’m NEVER coming back!
Edit!! They gave me 2 large fries after all of that and a free apple pie but I wasn’t looking for someone to put a bandaid on it, it’s the principle of it all, you work for fast food and as a presenter (the person in the drive through window) you are supposed to read the order on the screen multiple times before you clear it and yet when I went in I saw them multiple times clearing orders that haven’t been served yet just so their times go down, I worked for McDonalds for too long for them to try and pull a fast one on me!

Decent, but hit or miss. This McDonald’s gets the job done when you’re craving something quick, but consistency can be an issue. Sometimes the food comes out hot and fresh, other times the fries are lukewarm or the order’s missing an item. The staff is usually polite, but the drive-thru can be slow during peak hours.
Overall, it’s an average experience — nothing terrible, nothing amazing. Good for a quick bite when you’re in a rush, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

Went through the drive through last week and as I’m ordering. I asked for my food to be fresh well the supervisor RONNIE advised me that he wouldn’t be ringing up cook to Order he said to me “WHY DO YOU EAT HERE if you want your food Fresh “ he said this is my store and it’s rude that you come here and request fresh food ! Ronnie would not make my food fresh and advised me he would not ! Very poor service and customer service skills to be a manager he has a disgusting attitude !

I initially went in to use the restroom and decided to get something to ride me over to I got home. There was an middle aged woman taking orders, I didn’t get her name unfortunately, I ordered an double cheeseburger combo. She repeated what I said. I repeated double cheeseburger combo and could I get that a large plz. She said ok rang up my order. Total $11.86. I thought it was expensive but I know I’m on the want coast and things are higher here. After receiving my order. My fries were cold, cold as if they had been put in the fridge, and discolored. And there was a hamburger inside, not even cheese. I immediately returned to the counter and letting the same person whom to my order know it was incorrect. I looked at my receipt and noticed she charged me for a double cheeseburger, large fries, and large coke all individually. When I asked was this their standard pricing for combos. She told me she didn’t understand what I was saying and didn’t know I wanted the combo although she repeated my order. She asked if I wanted the other burger, I told her no, have the food and drink to her and asked for a full refund. She said ok and refunded my money. Once I got home I checked my account and low and behold she refunded my money… After she charged me a second time for the food I never received. I tried calling the store, which is 20 miles from my house, but keep getting a message stating the mailbox hasn’t set up voicemail. 3 business days and the week see my face again, I promise you that!!!!
Edit: just checked my account and I was charged for a meal I never received, it’s back to largo I go!!!

This McDonald’s on Missouri Ave in Largo is disgusting to say the least. Dine inside with tons of black mold growing on ceiling and around soda machine. Mario the manager has done nothing to correct this health hazard as it was reported to him and corporate 2 months ago. Today 9/8/25 it’s still there!! Elderly and children will get very ill from this BLACK MOLD growing all over the drop ceiling. This location NEEDS to be shut down. Definitely a health risk to all ages. Mario the store manager just laughs in my face when I first pointed the black mold out to him. Do not dine at this location. I called the News people, made them aware.
