I was traveling through the area last week and stopped at this location. I was really impressed with the welcoming atmosphere! Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. My waitress was Chelsea who was very attentive to her customers. I also have one of the best Philly cheesesteak bowls that was prepared by a cook named Bells. Will most definitely visit again as I’m passing through the area. Great staff and service

I just have to recognize Bells at the Union County Waffle House for being an absolutely incredible grill cook. She brings so much energy, focus, and pride to everything she does behind that grill.
No matter how busy it gets, Bells handles it like a pro. Orders come in nonstop, but she stays calm, organized, and on point. The hash browns are perfectly cooked, the eggs are just right, the waffles come out golden and fluffy — every plate looks and tastes amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing her job well.
What really stands out is her work ethic. She moves with speed and precision, keeps her station clean, supports her team, and still manages to stay positive throughout the shift. That kind of dedication is rare and makes a huge difference in the customer experience.
Union County is lucky to have someone like Bells on the grill. If you’re eating at Waffle House and she’s cooking, you’re in great hands. She truly deserves all the recognition for the hard work she puts in every single day!

This waffle house really is like a family unit. I highly recommend. It is super busy on weekends so if you don’t like crowds check them out during the week. Every shift has its own charm. If you like going for some amazing coffee and eggs with a bit of conversation I recommend 7am- 2pm during the week or 2pm-9 pm any day. But that doesn’t mean the night shift is lacking they are amazing as well. Yes they go to windows during the weekend but you can still go in and eat pretty late during the week. This store is a very pleasant experience and the servers as well as the cooks can make your whole day better. You should totally go in and see them, you will be leaving with a smile on your face because each person has their own charm. And them hashbrowns are epic!

I wanted my bacon cremated and my hash browns nice and crisp. Bells knocked it out of the PARK with my food. My over easy eggs were AMAZING and even my raisin toast was absolutely smashing. 10/10 coming back.
