Everything you would expect from a Waffle House. Food was prepared consistent with every other Waffle House I’ve visited; service and cleanliness also on par with what you would expect as well. I always enjoy the breakfast sandwich with my hash browns smothered, chucked, and peppered.

We don’t usually visit this location but stopped by on a whim bc it didn’t look crowded and we prefer quiet lol We saw our server dancing a little jig as she cleaned the tables when we pulled up and my husband said “look she’s so happy we are coming to eat she’s dancing” She set the tone without even realizing it, and our entire experience was great bc of it. The server, Elise delivered absolutely top notch service and she was so welcoming, friendly, and positive. These qualities are not easy to come by in today’s world and it was so nice to see someone who actually cared about the level of service they provided. I have to also say, the food looked and tasted amazing. Seriously did not expect this much detailed attention from a Waffle House tonight! Elise deserves a raise, idk what she makes but it’s not enough and I truly wish we could have done more for her! I pray the right people see this review and do something for her to recognize her superior service! The cook staff was awesome too but Elise made our night! Thank you Elise!!

The managers in this location treat their employees so bad! They chose to confront an employee in front of customers loudly and rudely. Not to mention a customer found a long piece of hair in their food because they didn’t properly train their obviously new employee to wear a hairnet. They then decided to confront her again because she voided the item off of the ticket rightfully so and didn’t clean the table off after doing it. As a manager she could’ve very easily pulled her employee to the side to let her know what she did wrong. This was very unprofessional and unsettling to see. I won’t say names for safety reason but I had to cancel my to go order because it completely took my appetite. They have to do better… all managers that worked the night of 01/11/26 @11pm needs to be re-evaluated seriously.

Air conditioning was on high. Very cold inside. Waitress was very nice. Food was good except for the bacon. Sent first order back because it was burnt. Second time it was too fatty. Could not eat it. The cooks need to learn how to cook bacon.

Their (all Waffle Houses) burger quality is worse than McDonald’s in my opinion. I found a big grizzle in my burger this time around. I also found food on my plate that I didn’t order. If you can make decent hashbrowns at home, I would skip them all together.
