I can tell this restaurant is well managed. It was clean the food was very good and the staff were very friendly. My mom and I were greeted by more than one person as we were coming through the door. Our waitress was helping other customers so the manager came and took our drink order and said someone else would be right with us. Instead he came back after about 10 seconds and took our order. I can tell the manager pitches in to help. Our waitress was very friendly and came to check on us 6 or 7 times at least. I had a very positive experience to start my day. Thank you Waffle House staff.

This is my favorite waffle house to go to because of the worker Allison! she always makes me feel welcomed and is extremely friendly. The food here is always good and i haven’t had a bad experience yet. i usually don’t leave reviews but genuinely after a long day/night at work, i look forward to coming to WF and enjoying the playful banter that the workers here offer. my favorite thing is getting a waffle to-go. thank you for everything!

Food and coffee served barely warm .After two bites it was cold.Cheese on grits didn’t melt at all because grits weren’t hot enough. Meal wasn’t served all at once had to wait on sausage after finishing meal,coffee served Luke warm. Would not offer a discount and restaurant itself needed a good cleaning.First and last time ever.

I walked in feeling like I was being rushed at at midnight! From the waitress to the staff… bruh… I been here dozens if times in 5 years and never felt liked I was not wanted in the waffle… 22 Nov 2025 right before midnight… only damn person nice was the cook with the goggles on his hat that made my food right cause seen him 20 times before when I come here. Holy Crap… someone retrain the entire staff that night!

Service has gotten awful. Uncleared tables. Customers are flat out ignored and not seated/ served while staff socialize with each other. Staff are rude and unfriendly. It used to be the opposite but it’s definitely changed over the past year. We got up and walked out the last time I went after being ignored.

was very dissatisfied with my recent visit to Waffle House. The manager, Crystal, was extremely unprofessional and openly disrespectful toward her employees while customers were in the building. It made the dining experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. As a customer, I expect a welcoming and respectful environment—not to witness staff being treated poorly.
