Found Thai Pho Ewa via google search and we were not disappointed! They have the best spring roll that I’ve ever had. So crispy and flaky with just the right amount of pork/veggie filling. I have a seafood allergy, so they gave us vegan sauce for the spring roll and omitted any oyster or fish sauce from our meals.

Real disappointing grand opening visit. Ordered the hainanese chicken (#73 @ $13.95). It was super small plate and had very very little chicken, most of shredded. It also had a tiny bone mixed in the pile. The chicken was bland to the taste till you use the spicy sauce. It did come with a side container of chx broth. Also ordered one of the vermicelli bowls (#61 @ $15.95) that looked like it was way more food but in reality it was fluffed on a bed of salad. It also had 7-8 times more chicken than #73. WARNING – the fish sauce seems to come standard with chilli peppers! *Sigh*
