Big ups to the ladies that was working this morning because it was a great experience considering the service I have had at other restaurants. The young lady that served me had great customer service, very nice and I love how her coworker showed teamwork by helping with the dishes. And to the cook I hope you’re working when I come again because you cooked my food perfectly!

My waitress Sylvia was terrible. She did not give good customer service. She was not attentive at all and didn’t have a good attitude. I would have been better off serving myself. There was another waitress there her name started with an “F” ( she was brown skin and heavy set) it seemed like she was giving her friend/family discounts or free food. Then my waitress Sylvia left mid shift to go pick up another coworker.
Another worker came over and assisted me. Her name was TC and she was really nice and upbeat. The cook Pam did an awesome job with my food and even came by check on me. However, the staff was using two of the waffle machines and the waffle machines were dirty. Although they were dirty, they staff continued to cook waffles in them.
I’m giving them a 2 Star because me food was good and the workers TC and Pam were nice.

Extremely rude cook by the name of Montana Proctor decided she was too good to wear her hair up even though she was serving and cooking food and then proceeded to chase a customer off saying not to come back. Food is average waffle house grub. The window photos I posted show egg yolk/syrup on the windows and numerous finger/hand prints pasted on them. We asked for a wet rag to clean it-very difficult to remove also indicating it has been there for awhile. We love the affordability of waffle house but none of the locations we visit in any state/city have ever been clean, it would be great if they were! My cup was damaged as well.

Worst experience, came here after working a double on 05/17 at 7:30am so I’m extra tired and just wanted a good quick meal. Entered restaurant and was not greeted for at least 5 minutes and only then did the cook say hello. So since no one said where to sit, we seated ourselves expecting to be waited on. Then enters a6 gentleman who quickly sat down, and the waitress was quickly and readily available to take his order. When I addressed the waitress why this guy was waited on and we’ve been waiting for 7/8 mins I was rudely told I didn’t see you and I was busy then proceeded to walk away still without taking our order. We just left. That waitress needs to be fired. I see racism is still prevalent in Spartanburg.

Omg. This place was ✨amazing.✨ I went here after Krispy Kreme because that weird mirror tried to take into the other dimension. There WAS a hellborn demon that asked for my eggs. Also like Krispy Kreme, it did not fill the empty void in my soul. I REALLY wanted to talk to a waffle, but it wouldn’t answer :(. Similair experience I saw in another comment. Anyways, 10/10!!
