Service was great until it wasnt. I have a large family, there’s 7 of us. The waitress was prompt with taking our drink and food order. She was also very friendly, until the food came and I had an issue with my food. I asked for no onions with my fajitas and it was mostly onions when I received it. She accused me of not telling her no onions, but I did because. I told her im a simple girl and don’t like onions, she said same here and then continued taking the rest of the order. So I asked her to have it remade and thats when she got an attitude and was pissed off. By the time I finally received the remake my family was pretty much done with their meal and I didnt even end up eating much of my food. What I did end up eating, was gross. The bell peppers where not cut for fajitas and where just big chunks. Overall my experience here was horrible and I won’t be back.

I dropped my husband off to put our name in while I parked. He got a seat at the bar, the bartender asked him what he was drinking and he said water and the bartender proceeded to tell him he couldn’t sit at the bar since he was only getting water. When I came in we took seats at the bar because I ordered a drink and he got a water. When he checked in they did not give him a time, so we kept checking his phone for our table to be ready. When it came time my husband went to the hostess stand because we had not paid for my drink yet since I was not finished with it yet. They told him he was 1 minute late coming to the stand so they gave our table away. He said oh ok, then the Manager came up and made some comment about settling down and my husband had said nothing but ok and did not even raise his voice when doing that. The hostess said the computer tells them when we are late and the Manager did nothing to correct the situation of us being ONE MINUTE LATE getting to the hostess stand. My husband said ok, we are leaving and the Manager just said ok…………I have ate at Elsa’s for years and I have never been treated the way I was at this location. I will not go back to this location there are plenty of other Mexican places around them that I will go to instead. I would have been treated better at Taco Bell……

They served me chips and salsa right away. And Sat me down instantly with great service. I was there on Taco Tuesday. Their Tuesday tacos switched out every Tuesday and they were amazing. The meat was juicy. The cheese was fresh and overall it was a really great experience. I highly recommend going here if you have a night out with friends.

Food was nothing special, I did like the options for different rice. But I think they mixed the food with real water from Mexico as both of use had the revenge…the food was tasty they only have a few items, tacos varied, burritos varied, and what they call enchiladas variations. I did like the use of corn tortillas instead of flour.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was good but I wouldn’t call it Mexican. The staff did a good job preparing the food but it was more American sports bar kind of food. I was expecting it to be more of a Mexican restaurant. I was disappointed.

Everything is always good but the kitchen manager or manager period is always rude to me everytime I got there. I have an food allergy to onions and his attitude is horrible.

Just look at the meat in the fajita. Like leather , not cut and not even sure it is steak. Guacamole was nasty too with like red peppers and maybe green peppers or jalapeños but it has a dark green color and was horrible. Expensive, nasty food and horrible service as our waitress was too busy chatting with her friends or family at another table.
