This Waffle House has fallen off fast! It used to be top notch service and food. Service was slow and ignored some customers for longer than usual. We also had to ask for the counter to be wiped down. Food has gotten to me hot and miss. Today, my hash browns were undercooked (not even brown on one side)and we didn’t get our waffles until almost done with the rest of our food. The only saving grace was Ana! Luckily, she knows we are regulars (or were) and got us what we needed when we asked. We can go back to the WH closer to us for this ** service/food.

I’ve been ordering takeout almost every Saturday for a long time. Last Saturday when I got home my daughter’s bacon was so burnt she couldn’t eat it. This morning our grits were so watery we could drink it out of the containers. Both times we waisted food. My fault for not checking but when you order the same thing every weekend you expect the same results.

Lee and zhadiya were holding it down tonight. They had a coworker who was being hostile to them, messing up her own orders and their’s. Yet the food lee made me was great as always (I come often) and zhadiya kept my drink full and checked up on me even though I wasn’t her table. Zhadiya was helping multiple tables out for $0. Mystery employee was forgetting to call stuff out and handing people the wrong orders without checking. Multiple times these sort of things happened in my 20-30 minutes in there. Yet lee and zhadiya didn’t even waste time to get in the mud with her. They just held it down and made sure everyone got what they wanted. Food service for 10+ years and I can say I’ve never had to deal with a coworker like they did tonight. They never once wasted time yelling back at her or playing the blame game. They just got to work cleaning up after her messes. They would have been better off just the 2 of them.

It’s a waffle house. Several people were cleaning, and I had one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had in a waffle house. Food was well prepared and good. Would return, and the house was very clean.

I stopped by coming from Charlotte NC. I must say I’m so glad I did. This is a very clean establishment. The waitresses are so pleasant. The food OMG. It’s so good and fresh! I’ve never been to a Waffle House that was so clean. And the cooks did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend here!

It was very busy but they had enough servers and enough cooks so the wait time was minimal. The server helped me with making the selection so she apparently was an experienced waitress. When I needed something, another waitress assisted her. Showed good team work. I got the $5 special of grits, egg, 1 sausage and toast plus .50 for onions. (reasonable price ) When I saw the ticket, I was shocked the coffee was $2.25.
That is almost 1/2 the price of the meal.
But the meal was good. This was around 11am on Sunday after Church. I noticed the greeter/waitress also did an excellent job of making sure large groups of customers were seated at the open booths. No one was left unattended. Ample parking and lot was clean.

Worst waffle house around. The staff always seem to be doing something else other than waiting on the customers. It’s never as quick as any of the other Waffle Houses, and getting in and out of the parking lot is ridiculously slow and tedious.

Never have I dine-in to eat I always place my orders To-Go and I always order in the morning around 8 or 9 a.m . They are ALWAYS busy around this time so if you are placing a
To-Go order you may experience a long wait time or may even have to call a few times before actually speaking to someone. Besides that so far so good I’ve haven’t had a problem with anything I’ve order. The food here always taste good always hot and ready when I pick it up. That’s why they received 5 stars
**I can’t speak on dine-in experience or how the food or the service may be anytime after 9a.m but if I do I would make sure I update this post**

My family and I went to the Waffle House on Hard Scrabble Rd Saturday evening about 6:30pm. We frequent waffle houses often, but came to this one as it was the only one serving Dine in. We walked in and all the employees were sitting at the table below with the clothes and shoes. Every table was dirty. Either still having dishes or not been wiped. THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS. It was so dirty. We asked if they would please wipe a table off and they did after standing there a few more seconds. The waitress took our drink order and came back with our drinks in styrofoam cups. No biggie. Our food came, but we still didn’t have silverware. By the time our plastic utensils came, the food was warmish, but we ate. Our drinks were never refilled, and the other tables were still dirty when we left. The girl was on a FaceTime call as we checked out. Waffle houses are not known for being clean, but this was disgusting and the employees were just hanging out with their shoes off. 2 stars cause the food was okay. Please increase your cleaning and work ethic standards.

Had a call in order for two meal. First thing, when I got there, they couldn’t find the receipt and then told me that they remembered the name and order but gave it out to someone else so I had to wait on them to remake my order. When I get home to eat, this is the quality of the waffles they gave me. One literally not cooked at all, you can tell by the doughy look and it taste like batter. The other was the same. Will NOT be returning to this Waffle House again.
