Horrible. Sent back the garlic parm boneless chicken wings. Loaded with pepper, could not taste garlic or parmesan cheese. The batter was overly crunchy. Exchanged for a cheese burger. Burnt crispy crunchy on the butter side of the beef patties. So greasy the buns were sliding. Did not enjoy the entrees. However the tater tots are amazing.
Our server never stopped to ask about anything. Had too find her. Even when we were done leaving what you see on the plate she never asked how our meal was.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience we’ve ever had. There were 8 of us dining. Five ordered wings with fries, two salads, and one buffalo cauliflower. We waited almost 50 minutes for our food after being told it was coming out together—only for every single dish to arrive cold.
When I asked for the manager, it took another 6 minutes for him to come out. He showed no concern or accountability and simply said he’d “fix the checks.” We had four checks, and he took $20 off total, which we then gave entirely as a cash tip to our waitress, the only bright spot of the night. She did everything she could and was wonderful.
Management clearly didn’t care about food quality or customer experience. Extremely disappointing. This was our first and last visit to this location.

Poorly run and lazy manager. Waited 30 minutes to get our drinks. 50 minutes to place our order, got food 1.5 hours in and it took 30 minutes to work out our bill. The sad part was the poor waitress was running ragged and the manager sat on a stool the whole time just doing nothing. Considering the young waitress got NO support, our slow and haphazard service shows poor leadership from management. He should have stepped in to help instead of lazing around just watching. That waitress was trying hard with our group of 14 but we werent her only table. But to make it worse, When bills got mixed up, we were standing there when the waitress asked her manager to help and he walked over and did nothing but lean up against the half wall yawning. Over all we will not be returning. And that waitress needs a gold metal for putting up with that management.

Our server, Jamia, was not attentive and very unprofessional by asking directly about a tip. She also made us pay double for our meals by not including meal deals and ringing up every item as separate on the receipt, while snapping at us for asking questions. When trying to politely correct it, Jamia stormed past and said “They lost”. Will not be back.

I placed a timed order an hour in advance and when got to the store to pick up still had to wait an additional 20 minutes! By the time I got food my break was over and couldnt even eat my food.

Updated – The manager reached out and apologized. I admit I was so livid with our server I did not ask to speak to management when we were there. I appreciate that the manager reached out and offered to make it right.
Waited over an hour for lukewarm food and when we finally begged our waitress to come over she insisted we were wrong that our food had to be hot and that the nachos that looked pitiful and were missing half the toppings were done that way because that is how their restaurant does it. Only one hostess that was doing takeout and bussing tables seemed to be the only one not standing around talking. Absolutely horrible experience

My bf is obsessed with this restaurant and orders to go at least once a week from here. For the most part everything is usually good and our order is complete. There have been a few occasions we’ve gotten home and been missing sauces or other smaller items that we were told were there. Overall it’s a decent option for lunch or dinner sometime.
