Definitely one of the worst waffle House’s I’ve been too. The cook took my order, made my food and served me. He had to ask one of the server’s to make my drink for me. He himself deserves 5 stars, but as for the rest of the workers a flat 2 stars.

I’m given a two simply because I have visited this establishment in the morning and customer service was great. Unfortunately I can not say the same for the night shift. We walked in around 9:30, no other customers inside. We were not greeted, just someone standing in front of us waiting with his notepad to take our order. Two other families walked in and they were told they were only accepting to-go orders. The second family was a little upset with that answer, so the waitress told them to come on in and have a seat. Personally, if you’re taking to-go orders because you are short on workers that’s totally understandable. At the very least, have better customer service.

Came in at 1pm on a Sunday and there were multiple empty seats but all were dirty. We waited for someone to clean one and tell us we could sit there but it never happened. We were never greeted. They told the next customers that the grill was going to go down for 15-20 minutes at that time too. We left at that point. They didn’t seem to want customers at all.

Listen here I don’t know who the girl with the glasses is but she over charge me for some double hash-browns and waffle n eggs. I was drinking that night but don’t help yourself for a tip if I didn’t issue it. Not tripping about it. It’s the principal of stealing if it wasn’t offer to you. Hope that little two dollars and 31 cent was worth it.

There was only one gentleman working when we went in about 6:30ish or so. No one else. He took our order, cooked it ,served us, bussed the table and cashed us out !! He was amply tipped for all the work he did!!

Down right horrible…a coworker picked up food for some of us at work. EVERY SINGLE ORDER was COMPLETELY WRONG! why cant anyone do what they are supposed to do. Mistakes get made, thats understandable but for 7 peoples orders to all be completely wrong, thats just carelessness. The orders were simple but still to much to handle i guess…
